About this house rental
Located in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely house for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. New construction home w/ marsh views/ocean view. All four bedrooms have a private full en suite bath. Main level has highly desirable open floor plan. Kitchen, dining & living rooms completely open. Break away doors on main level open the back of the house to our private pool & covered patio area. DON'T FORGET the beautiful grounds of North Beach Resort! 2 1/2 acres of pools, lazy river, hot tubs, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool, playground & swim-up bar ~ towels included! Golf cart service runs back/forth between properties for owners & guests. Outstanding gym, sauna & several restaurants on property. Amazing on-site Spa as well! Please Note: We have 3 EXTERIOR surveillance cameras on our property for the safety and security of our guests and our family. We do NOT have any interior cameras inside the house as that would be an invasion of privacy. The exterior cameras are located on the front exterior garage focused on the driveway in the event that any vandalism occurs to our guests vehicles or our property. The 2nd camera is located on the rear of the property focused on the pool area to capture breaking and entering by strangers without permission to be on our property and any other incidents or accidents that occur in or around the pool area. Lastly, we have a ring doorbell camera located near the front door of our house.

This house was beautiful. It was located near everything you could need or want to do. The resort that is connected had many pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. My friends and I had a wonderful relaxing time in a very clean and comfortable house. I highly recommend this property and would definately book it again. The owners were easy to work and reach if we had any questions. There is even a shuttle that can take to barefoot landing or the pools. Wonderful Mrytle Beach experience!

A group of 8 females were very comfortable during our week stay. The house was quite spacious, tastefully decorated and exceeded our expectations. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was much appreciated, along with the elevator (for all our heavy bags) and the back yard pool/deck area. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Without a doubt, would stay here again!

The house is incredible - lots of space even with 9 people; kitchen has a lot of additional cooking ware than typical rentals. The location is great- walkable distance to the beach, superb resort and close to barefoot landing and nice restaurants.
To top it off Mark is a great host - very responsive for all inquiries, even for silly questions, and made sure we felt at home.

My husband and I come to Myrtle Beach every summer with our kids and this is one of our favorite properties that we’ve ever stayed at here in NBP. It was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and a very short walk to the resort and beach! The pool here was just the right size for our 5 children to play in every day. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom too, which is very convenient for our large family. The master bathroom was very spacious and the balcony off of it was great for watching July 4th fireworks! We made use of the elevator and the laundry room too, everything worked seamlessly. It was really a perfect vacation home, we have no complaints. We were quite comfortable and felt at home, it was wonderful! Thanks to Mark as well, he was very kind and sent us a lot of information before our arrival and kept in touch afterwards too. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely come back and stay again!

Despite the weather for our memorial weekend our stay was phenomenal. We always love booking with this couple. They are truly amazing and are always helpful whenever we need anything. The house is PHENOMENAL AND RELAXING. I will continue to book at one of his properties just because of their genuine care!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s property. It’s in a great location and with two young children (ages 4&1), the pool was perfect! Communicating with Mark was also super easy and he was very responsive to the few questions we had.
The home is beautiful but needs a little TLC. A few refrigerator door shelves are broken, some drains were clogged/slow to drain, and home was surface clean but not deep cleaned feeling (dirty grout, hair in shower). This may because we were end of season, and I would certainly still recommend booking here.
Note to families with little children - there’s a great high chair, so no need to bring! On a different note, kitchen had only one knife for cooking/food prep (there were silverware style knives), so may want to pack if you’re big on cooking in.

The residence looks exactly like the pictures. The host was wonderful, I can't say enough. My stay was during Hurricane Ian but the house made me feel safe and comfortable. The host made sure we were safe and kept in touch. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, well-kept comfortable and close to EVERYTHING. I whole-heartedly recommend this unit and definitely plan on returning. My guests were pleased and happy with our stay as well. Kudos!! See you next time!

What a fantastic place. We were here celebrating birthdays and couldn’t have picked a better place. The house was perfect for all of us. Very comfortable and convenient to the resort area pools and an easy walk to the beach. Would rent again!!

What a wonderful property! This was our first family beach week; 6 of us, including a 3 yr old; house was perfect; we had plenty of private space and very comfortable common space. The private pool is delightful; the elevator was a godsend for someone awaiting hip surgery and the access to resort amenities makes you feel like you are actually part of a large resort. We are already planning next Summer’s visit. The owner, Mark, is terrific!

We had an amazing experience booking with Mark. He communicated with us openly through the entire booking process as we tried to find a suitable place for our large family. This house was perfect for my family. We had a total of nine people staying in the home, sleeping arrangements were wonderful with comfortable beds and the main gathering area is wide open and spacious with lots of natural light and a view of the pool. All the appliances worked well and the house was always cool with more than adequate air conditioning. The location is very close to the beach. The first day we drove our car to the beach, and quickly realized it was shorter to just walk a couple of blocks.
The house was clean, properly stocked, and the furniture and Decor was lovely. The owner was very responsive to any of my questions via text. I would definitely stay at this house again.

If you are traveling with a large group, this home should be on your list. Not only does it allow everyone to have their own space with bathroom, there is something to do that everyone will love. Shopping, restaurants, and the resort are outstanding. The owner Mark is so accommodating and his home is beautiful. We loved staying at this amazing home. We will be back!

Great house!
We had 7 adults and 4 kids in our party and the house fit us perfectly! The pool was perfectly positioned where the kids could swim and the adults could sit inside and watch them through the sliding doors. The open floor plan downstairs allowed us all to gather without being on top of each other. Mark was communicative and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here!

"Amazing Getaway "
My family and I just got back from renting a home, called Amazing Grace, on the North Beach Plantation and it was wonderful. I loved the nice, peaceful neighborhood we lived in and adjacent properties were gorgeous. I have already booked the same property for our next year's vacation. The host was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone who would love to have a nice experience. Oh, and the beach and resort was very accessible 😀

Great family vacation
We visited this lovely home from 6/4/22 to 6/11/22. The check in process was seamless and Mark communicated with us to answer any questions we had. The home was extremely clean and beautiful. We normally go out to eat several nights, but we enjoyed the house so much we stayed in and relaxed. The pool was perfect for our crew. The walk to the beach was easy! I would highly recommend this home for family vacations.

we were one over his 12 plus 2 babies.an 85 year old. aunt stopped for a day with daughter and 2 teens had major car trouble ..so they stayed the night and for that Mark wanted $1750..more money settled for a $1000...dont feel we should have had to pay anything more ..we damaged NOTHING...

Family Getaway
The house was a perfect spot for an extended family getaway! It fit our group of 9 perfectly (bathrooms for all bedrooms was a huge bonus!). The kids loved the pool (so glad we heated it though—the resort pools were not heated and the ocean still chilly). The house had every amenity to make it feel like home for the week. We also loved how close a walk it was to the beach!

Fun Time with Friends
Amazing Grace is the perfect name for this house. Mark was great to work with. He quickly responded to any questions I had. My husband and I spent several days at the house with three other couples and we had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and you just feel at home. The house is perfect.

Fantastic Vacation Home
I can't say enough good things about this property! Great house, great amenities, and great location! It was perfect for our week long vacation in Myrtle Beach. Where do I start. Mark, the owner, was great to deal with. From booking to check in, it was a seamless process. The house exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family. In fact, it was so comfortable, that we loved hanging out at the pool and grilling instead of going out to dinner. We will definitely rent again!

The beach house is as advertised, great set up, close to resort , close to beach. Mark is very responsive to any questions we had. He also included nice touches that made our trip (especially since we flew) easier like beach chairs, umbrella and toys. The house also had a grill we could use which given the long waits in restaurants at Myrtle beach came in very handy.
