Outside, there’s a deck and patio with a gas grill and your own hot tub. And with two master suites, it’s a great home for two families to share. The main level features a very open, modern layout. We take a family ski vacation every January. This year, 2024, we visited Breckenridge and stayed at the Rachel Lane VRBO. The accommodations were great.
We were about a five-ten minute drive to the mountain. If you are looking for a rental that can accommodate a family of up to 11, the Rachel Lane rental is perfecto.

This is a very nice home. Loved the fireplace in both the living room and master. It is in a great location with easy access to Main St and the lifts. Very clean. Everything you need to make a meal is there. All you need is the food....
The only suggestion I would have for the owners would be to add new bed pillows. Bring your own. The humidifier in the master cannot be used as it leaks. (of course you would not know unless told) I still give Rachel Lane 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in town, but not smack in the middle of the bustle. The free bus stop just down the road is really handy.
The house has a lot more dishes and kitchen items than listed, so that was a nice surprise.
All in all it was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it.

The rental experience was great. Although, we aren't quite sure that the housekeeping crew changed the sheets on all of the beds. We found a handwarmer in between the sheets and bird seed strewn about in two beds and one random bathroom corner. The location is fantastic and is close to the ski slopes, if that is what you are looking for. I do feel that the price is quite steep, in my conservative estimate, especially depending on the time of year that you plan to visit.

This was the perfect destination for my friends, partner and I, many of which had never been to Breckenridge. The house had all of the amenities we needed and there was a room for every person in our party. We ran into an issue with the hot tub not functioning, I reached out to the property management and they were super responsive, getting a technician out the next day to fix it. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway.

The location was perfect for our celebration of a 60th birthday. The place was very well stocked! So quiet at night. Everyone had their own private space. I wish they had outdoor seating given how perfect the weather was. The stairs were a killer for the flatlanders until day 3. Quick access to all you need. Great hiking near by. Very comfortable for 7 people.

Great vacation home. Loved that we had room to spread out. Having a second kitchen gave us plenty of fridge storage. Great trails for hiking and biking right out the door. Third time to rent from Summit Mountain Rentals and they always do a great job and respond immediately to any questions or issues.

This home is large and has plenty of room. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal. We cooked in the kitchen several times and were pleased with the large selection of kitchenware! This home was super clean and cozy. There is a hot tub that which we didn't use. It snowed the whole week we were there. Such a bonus to have a snow plow clear the driveway as well as the sidewalks each day.

Water leak in basement was a problem. Even after fixing the leak, soaked carpet, etc. created mold.SMR provided alternate accommodations for couple and their two children who were staying on that level to resolve situation. I recognize problems can arise and SMR handled it professionally and to our satisfaction.

We enjoyed the house, it was bigger than the pictures showed. The house was very clean and filled with everything we needed, soap towels and even kitchen spices. The house was a short walk to the bus stop and the bus is usually always on time. We would definitely come back to this house. The property management company was excellent. The house was stocked with plenty of detergents, TP, paper towels, etc.
I would definitely recommend staying here or one of their properties.

Breck ski weekend
The house was perfect we had teenager in the basement self contained and plenty of room to live and sleep in the upper two floors. The location is fantastic and the mountain is very close a seven minute drive. The house is spotless and stocked with most dishes and pots you would need. Check in and check out process was incredibly easy

I texted 48 hrs in advance to let them know our eta and request and early check in! Then call the morning of check in 3 times and was told each time that they didn’t know anything but guaranteed a check in by 4. (Which in our case was 6 hrs later see that we arrived at 10 am). We called again around 1 to receive that our unite still had not been cleaned! We finally went into the office around 2, which is what it took cause we got a call 20 mins later that we could check in! All I would say is make the same day checkout/checkin units too priority to clean allowing early checkin! I understand you have a lot of properties and can’t guarantee a certain time check in but better communication between the customer and when they could check in would be appreciated Overall the house was perfect, and our family had an absolute wonderful time!!!
