About this condo rental

Situated in Sussex County, this lovely condo for $218 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful, quiet, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 2 porches that overlook the serene woods surrounding Munchy Branch Creek. This condo is in a standalone building, in the Creekwood Development on Rt 1, just minutes from the beach and from tax-free shopping at the outlets. The boardwalk is a short 5-10 minute drive, the condo is about 3 miles from the beach. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, TV, and DVD player, with a porch that looks over the woods. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a day bed with pull out trundle - sleeps 4 people. We also provide Wi-Fi for your convenience. The living room has a flat screen television and Blu-Ray+DVD player and has a screened in porch with a view of the woods surrounding Munchy Branch Creek. We provide you with comforters and pillows for each bedroom. Just bring your own linens and towels. There is a washer and dryer available in the condo. In summer, there is typically access to the pool unless there are any state/local COVID restrictions. For families with small children we have toys, books and DVDs available in the condo. A $200 security deposit is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your check-out date. Please note that we typically only accept reservations for week long stays during late June, July and August, with a Saturday arrival, although in some cases we will do shorter stays. When we will, we have adjusted the rates/pricing accordingly so that you can book. If you are interested, you may click the "Book It" button to set the process in motion. Before we accept your booking, we will request a copy of your government issued identification (as described in our rental policy), which you can send as soon as you book it. We check messages frequently and turn this around quickly. We are looking forward to your stay.

Stayed 9/10/23 to 9/15/23. Enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were good and everything was in working order. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the screen porch that backs up to a wooded area. On day of check out, I realized after I was at the beach, that I had left something in the condo. Many thanks to Todd for allowing me to access the condo again on my way out of town!

We had a wonderful time! This was our second stay at the condo. The Kovers are very responsive to any questions and the condo was comfy and met our needs for a short stay. The pool was great and most of the time we had it to ourselves.

Stayed at this condo which was fully stocked, portrayed accurately, and located in a great community. All was good except for the bugs, musty odor when the a.c. was off, filthy carpet, kitchen floor and shower. I spent my first hour cleaning the kitchen floor and on suite shower. Not my intent to do so but my white socks became black after unpacking our groceries. The owners seem really great and communcate well, but i was very uncomfortable as far as cleanliness goes.

With traveling for sports all the time, finding a place to stay can be daunting. Especially for our family of 5. This condo was amazing. Relaxing pool, close to all the restaurants, close to the beach. Owner very responsive and cordial. Place is very comfy, cozy and a great place to stay. Definitely will be returning and definitely recommend it to anybody looking.

Our experience was positive. Condo is well furnished. It has all and much more than what is needed. The owner thought of even small details which made our stay excellent. This is an AMAZING property with even more AMAZING owners! VERY clean and quick access to the Rehoboth beach attractions. Blanka and Todd communicated with us so well that everything from the booking to checkout was SO easy. Any time we had a question even about where to eat dinner with kids, they were quick to respond. Extremely reasonable price for an outstanding property. Thank you so much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, although a bit of maintenance needs to be done to really make it sparkle (dining room light had cobwebs, smudges on walls, esp above garbage can, torn, fraying carpet). Kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking. We brought a portable grill in the hopes that we could grill out one night, but we read on the kitchen wall NO GRILLING. That would have been nice to know when we booked. Not a game changer, but I would have changed my meals to reflect not being able to grill! Property was close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart. Loved it!!

Overall very good experience. A few things could be addressed to make it even better: - mattress on lower bunk in 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable - the toilet in the master suite does NOT flush well -- needed to use the plunger several times.
