About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean View, this lovely condo for $143 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Newly renovated - BRAND NEW A/C-heating system, new carpeting throughout the hallways, living room, dining room and both bedrooms, new white kitchen cabinets with glass fronts and pull-out drawers, porcelain flooring (continued into the bathrooms) and quartz counters, new lighting fixtures, new washing machine & dryer, new sleep sofa, love seat and chair in the living room! Welcome to your beach and golf retreat! This gold-rated, 1st floor villa is exceptionally large at over 1400sq feet and feels even bigger because of its high ceilings. After sizzling on the beach, or working toward that "hole in one", you'll enjoy coming back to this custom, upgraded home. Upon entering, you can either walk into the huge, fully equipped eat-in kitchen which includes all the appliances, kitchenware and accessories you'll need, or continue down the hall into the 'flip-flop' decor of the second bedroom (which includes a queen and a twin bed, a TV & DVD player). A full bathroom is next door with a full-sized washer/dryer in the adjacent room; these areas separate the second bedroom from the master suite, providing privacy for both areas. Further down the hall, you'll enter the large, open dining area which adjoins the inviting and colorful family room. The family room has a loveseat and queen sleepsofa, a new large screen SmartTV & DVD player as well as numerous board/family box games. An added bonus is the gas fireplace, for those romantic evenings at home. Along the way, you'll pass the large master bedroom with a new hotel-quality, king-size bed set, TV w/Roku stick and an en-suite master bath. The villa has new central air and all the living areas have ceiling fans. Off the living room, is the screened-in deck for your outdoor dining pleasure and there's even a separate patio seating area and a backyard. Relax and make your favorite meals on the infrared bar-b-q grill while watching the golfers on the green or just enjoy the serenity of the landscape! WiFi is included in this non-smoking villa. Sorry, no pets please and some closets are locked for owner-only use. Linen (including beds made up) rental and Bear Trap activity passes (required for all amenities and everyone over 4) are available for an additional fee- activity pass rates vary depending on the season. While this unit sleeps 7, a maximum of 3 children are allowed. Please note Ocean View Ordinance 360, Chapter 93, states only two cars are allowed for a two-bedroom property.

From the start, Linda was in communication with us to ensure that we had everything we needed to have a complete hassle free and enjoyable stay at her place. The home was decorated charmingly, the kitchen fully stocked, the beds comfortable, one bathroom was completely redone (which I miss). There were games, tvs, screened in porch, and a fireplace, much more than expected. It was easy access to local shops, beaches and golf courses. If we go back to this area we will be sure to look up this great home again. Thank you Linda for everything.

Bethany beach vacation
Absolutely loved this vacation rental. Very clean and the decor was very cute. Linda was fabulous to work with their was an issue with the shower she had it fixed that day. Communication was great. Loved the outdoor screened in area. Had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Also the house had pretty much everything we needed as far as pots and pans and utensils. The outdoor grill was great for a little bbq. Thanks Linda!

Quick Fall R&R break
Bear Trap is a beautiful golf resort and community. This property backs up to the 3rd green at the Grizzly course. The home is lovely. Clean, comfortable, well-organized and appointed, fun beach-themed accents, a screened in porch, everything needed for a home away from home vacation. We wanted to steer clear of the typical well-worn beach resort homes, and were happy to find this property to rent. Not sure how the owner managed to provide consistent 70 degree, sunny days in mid-November, but it was much appreciated, and I don't think we paid extra for that. Thank you.

Bear Trap Dunes is a lovely community and the condo's location is terrific, tucked in a cul-de-sac with back porch facing the (17th?) green. We enjoyed riding bikes in the community as well as neighboring communities. Although we didn't make time to use them, the community fitness facility, pools & tennis courts are also beautiful.

The condo was beautiful, perfect for our family of 4! By far one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in at the beach !
We did not use any of the amenities (pool , gym, etc) as we chose to maximize our beach time. That being said, think about that before spending the money for the passes to use the amenities and shuttle...The wait for the shuttle can be long and since it's not on a schedule, difficult to time it --we did spend 40 minutes + waiting for it, and opted to use our own vehicle after that --I wouldnt buy the passes if you dont think you will use the pool or gym...it's not very expensive to park at the beach in comparison. Again, the condo was FABULOUS and I 100% would recommend staying there!

Property was even nicer than expected. Enjoyed this unit and location so much we could have stayed longer. Beautiful condo decorated very nicely. All one floor and only a couple steps to enter. View of the golf course from the screened porch. Very relaxing and comfortable. Kitchen very well appointed. Look forward to next visit.
