Situated in Pigeon Forge, this lovely house for $125 per night is a great option for your next trip. House built in 2002. Has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and private bath other bedroom has queen size bed and bath off hall. Sleep sofa makes a queen size bed. Close to Tanger Outlet, which has minature golf as you enter, Old Time Pottery and Walden's Landing with miniature golf, 5 minutes from Parkway, 10 minutes from Dollywood, 5 minutes from Country Tonite, Comedy Barn,Smoky Mountain Opry (formerly The Miracle Theater) and Dixie Stampede,Titanic,Wonder Works and too many others to name.. Resturants nearby are Cracker Barrel, , K.J.'s Grill,Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Mellow Mushroom, Calhouns, , Joe's Crab Shack, Bull Fish Grill, Carinos Italian and many others. It has a nice .5 mile paved area to walk, close to river, which you would be able to use for fishing, etc. Does have 10 steps with a hand rail to get into the house. No hot tub, but priced accordingly. Please NO pets. This is a place for a goodwalk in a quiet family setting. If children have bikes, there is a good safe place to ride, not heavy vehicle traffic. House is designed for families with good Christian values. DVD's, books, and games are designed for families. We would like to ask that you DO NOT smoke so as to not offend the next person that will be staying with us. Please for convenience of other people in area, limit of 2 vehicles in parking area. If you are looking for a quiet and restful time, but not much drive time to sites, shopping and things to do, this is YOUR place to come and stay. Keywords: Single family house

We have used this rental multiple times. Twice we have left belongings and owner makes every effort to get them to us. The house is adorable, clean, neat, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and anything you need to cook. New floors in kitchen and living area and they are beautiful. Great communication with owner. Can't say enough good about this rental.

We absolutely loved this little home. It was perfect for our family! Neighborhood was quiet and lit up for Christmas! Location was great! Close to everything but still tucked out of the way! Beds were so comfortable! Judy was quick to respond and was so nice. We will definitely be back!

Carpet was very dirty. Tile areas needed scrubbing. Fireplace would not stay lit. Bed linen had bad pilling. Had to add different bottom sheet. Area rugs in bathrooms had lint and hair on them. Need to change your housekeepers.

Located close to everything. Clean, smells great when you walk in. This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first. Quiet neighborhood. 100 % recommend staying here.

This was perfect for us. Very close to the Parkway, but far enough away that it was quiet we needed. The place was clean and well kept. The only thing I would suggest would be to change the carpet. It is past it's prime. But that didn't affect us our or stay.

The house was simple and minimal! We didn't need nothing spectacular as we were barely there doing things Pigeon Forge has to offer. We are regulars to Pigeon Forge and come with our families, so finding a decent priced place to house all of us is hard but this house was just that! we would stay here again!!! They had board games to play to keep us busy at night and little toys for my 2 yr old to play with.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at in the area. Very kid friendly. Very faith orientated. Loved all the devotionals and other reading materials. Appreciate that there was a play pen in the closet because we have a small son. My kids enjoyed the place a lot and so did we!! Definitely will be coming back.

Home is aging a little but well kept and had everything we needed for meals and relaxation during our stay. Nice jetted tub and comfortable beds. Excellent value! Would stay here again.

We had a great first visit to pigeon forge. This place is centrally located to everything in pigeon forge and was so convenient we could come back and eat lunch at the VRBO if we wanted.

We decided to talk a quick trip to the mountains and go to Dollywood. We love staying in this area because it is close to everything but still a quiet setting. Wish they had some updating at least on the bedding and furniture but we loved it.

This house was extremely conveniently located. It is just minutes to the leConte convention center and other attractions on the parkway but still in a quiet neighborhood where you don't hear the noise of the parkway.

We love the mountains and have been going there for 36 years now. This house and location are great. The house is close to everything, and it’s convenient to get to. It had everything that we needed and was clean. The price is amazing and I have already recommended it to several people. We will be staying here again.

This was my older teens spring break and we just wanted to have a short get away. This house was very cozy. The neighborhood was extremely nice. I would highly recommend this home for anyone with elementary aged children. It would be a perfect place to walk and ride bikes with them. The location from town was perfect. Would stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

We brought our family for a few nights, we had a great time at the house. It's even more spacious than the pictures. Everything was well set-up, and had more than enough linens to accommodate the group. We'd be happy to stay here when we come again. Convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge.
