Washer / Dryer Linens / Towels 2 full bathrooms Smart Tv in living room Barbecue floats We are down the street from Harry Harris which offers a boat ramp and picnic area for a $30 fee on weekends.

So happy that we rented this property. We could not have asked for a nicer couple to rent from. Maritza & Geronimo not only gave us great tips on where to fish but also gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location is perfect. This property was very clean, well maintained & had everything that we needed. Will definitely be renting from them again.

This was our 3rd time staying. The location is perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and Winn Dixie is only a couple of miles away. Easy drive to Key Largo. Saw multiple Manatees and Tarpon in the canal. Caught our supper a couple of times and floating in the canal was very relaxing and refreshing on the hot days. There were 7 of us for 10 days during the two months and there was plenty of room and space for everyone. Couldn't ask for better people to rent from. Already looking forward to next year!

We loved the open floor plan and the house was very clean. The owners live right next door and were very friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat, visit, get groceries, etc. We caught fish right off the back in the canal. Would rent again if we decide to come back to Tavernier!

I have stayed at several places in the Keys and this was the best. Even better than it looks in the photos. Very clean and modern. Location is unbeatable, especially for boaters.

The property is beautiful, well maintained, and clean. We would, definitely, stay again. The owners live next door and they were extremely helpful with everything we asked. We had an amazing time fishing off the back patio. Thanks again to the owners!

We stayed at this property during a nearby destination wedding for a friend, and it was perfect. We had 3 adults & 4 teenagers comfortable in this house. The location could not have been more convenient- boat basin right down the road, the dock at the property, stores nearby. We took our boat with us and it worked out perfectly, met a lot of the neighbors (who were great as well).The house was spacious, equipped with everything we could need. The owners are a great resource- sent us to a couple of snorkeling reefs that were amazing, recommended restaurants & were helpful before & during our stay. The different decks were a great asset, being able to be in the sun or the shade. We loved this place and made a lot of great memories there. We will be back!

This was our first trip to the Keys although we're frequent Florida vacation renters. The house was great, very spacious, well kept, and decorated appropriately. The description was accurate and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a low key vacation in the Florida Keys.

This was our 2nd year staying the months of Feb and Mar. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Keys life style. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The 3 levels of decks allow you to sit outside no matter what the weather and let you pick shade or sunshine. We had a group of 7 for one week (8 yr and 13 yr included) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The canal was like a giant swimming pool, which we all took advantage of. A manatee actually swam under the kids in the canal and the next week a dolphin cruised by. Fishing off the dock was great and we never lacked for a fish fry. The owners are wonderful and can recommend lots of places to visit and eat. We will definitely keep coming back.
