Location
My first impression of our stay at Ocean Pointe was very disappointing. The bathroom had used soap, dirty towels, a dirty shower curtain, hair on the toilet seat, and floors that did not appear properly cleaned. None of the pillows had pillowcases, and there were not enough clean towels. I have stayed here before and had a much better experience, so I was especially disappointed by the condition of the room this time.
