The suite has 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 people. There are two small balconies with views of the ocean. The kitchen has a quartz counter and all the standard pots, pans, dishes, a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer, with hair dryers in the bathrooms and more. The living room features a 65” TV. With Netflix and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom has a 50" tv - as does the 2nd bedroom, balcony and water views. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower. The property includes: a private beach, a junior Olympic size pool, a large outdoor jacuzzi and marina* on site. There is a pool side bar and waterfront lounge that has a full bar, as well as a lite food menu. This is a family friendly community in a great location and with plenty to do both on site and nearby. Besides all the normal kitchen items and spices, we provide high speed internet and a printer. There is no smoking and unfortunately no pets. In order to give our guests a safer and more reassuring experience, we have done the following to help keep our home as clean as possible and up to date for the times: In addition to the cleaning that has always been done we have instructed our cleaning service to wipe down with approved CDC cleaners all handles, doorknobs, switches and TV controllers and any other surface that may be touched. During cleaning, the service is to open windows and doors to ventilate the rooms. Our suite has a germicidal UV light system installed in the HVAC equipment. This constantly treats the air as it flows through the HVAC system. Germicidal UV light is an established method to help in the control of bacteria, germs and viruses. We have a small desk in the master bedroom for those who may have some work to do and want a separate area to do it in comfort. As there is no maid service during your stay, this means that the guests have sole and exclusive access to the home. If guests do not want to eat out, our complete and full kitchen allows guests to cook all their own meals or easily serve prepared food. Of course, if some issue should arise, we would send the appropriate person to correct it. Also, the check in process just involves stopping your car at the front gate, then proceeding directly to the suite. *If you wish to bring a boat, up to 28’ with proof of insurance is required and slip fees apply.
