Our property offers: 24 hour front gate security, Heated Junior Olympic Pool with 15 person hot tub, tropical Beach, Marina, Pool Bar, Lounge with happy hour, Tennis/Pickle ball courts. We are located 60 miles from Miami International Airport and 90 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The Space: Modern coastal decorated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Discover the perfect blend of style, comfort and convenience in our well-kept, newly renovated condo. *Minimum age is 25 to book the Condo* Guest Access: You have then entire condo to yourself. We have a 24 hour Self check-in process with local Vacation Rental Management Support. The Neighborhood: Lots of space to walk and explore in our exclusive 69 acre quiet reserve. You are not confined in a hotel but allowed to explore the property. There are many areas to sit and watch the sun rise or gaze at the waves including our new tiki hut perched over the ocean. Getting Around: You will need a car to explore the Florida Keys. If you don't want to leave property, you can take a shuttle from Miami international airport AND Fort Lauderdale airport: website: keysshuttle Other Things to Note: Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Tennis & Pickle Ball rackets are provided! Interaction with Guests: We are prompt with e-mailing, phone calls and texting! We stayed a week in 2307. The condo was perfect for our trip. They made up the second bedroom into a king for our friends and the 2nd bathroom opens into the 2nd bedroom so essentially we had two master bedrooms! Location was great. Beach area was small but perfect and the pool was clean and nice. Only down side was no food on site. The food truck was not open when we were there wanting food and the other options were also closed. We were close enough to restaurants that we took Uber. We will stay here again.

The unit is well equipped with everything you need, close to the pool and beach area and located centrally to the many attractions in the Keys. The owner and managers did periodic check-ins via text to ensure we were happy with everything. The 'Finch Vacation Guide' was a great addition as well!

This property was perfect for our family for a short stay. The condo was very nice and the facilities, including the pool were excellent. The property owner's were extremely kind and thoughtful. Overall great experience.

Excellent stay!

Communication with owners was exceptional. They were always quick to respond and available if needed. The resort is clean and everyone is friendly. Pool is heated. Beach area had great sand. Location is excellent- short drive to whatever you need!

Elizabeth, the owner, was very responsive to messages and even checked in frequently on our vacation. She made us feel like one of her close friends with how we were treated. Owners emailed us a list of places to vist and eat. Definitely a plus in our book!! The condo...cozy place off the busy highway 1. Check in was easy and speedy. Had no issues with the condo during our stay. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, with plenty of extra space in bedroom for luggage etc. There was only 2 of us this time, so we are unsure how the other room slept. But I'd safely assume the same way. We cannot wait for our next visit as we will be booking with Elizabeth and her husband again!

We had an absolute blast this Thanksgiving week at Ocean Point. Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Owner is fantastic with communication. Elizabeth went above and beyond. When the pool opened it was gorgeous and we loved the cafe and fishing from the marina. The priperty staff was so friendly. The grounds were well kept and lots of small wildlife to see. Cant wait to return!

We enjoyed the pool while "home". This was a nice home base for us during our keys adventures. Plenty of room for my three teens. The home owners are super friendly, caring, and handled the one small issue we had very quickly. I would recommend this home to my friends..

We had a great stay at our Ocean Pointe condo. It's in a good location to get to many different places easily. You're not too far from the everglades and we also made the drive to Key West one day. The owners were great and stayed in communication just enough to let us know they were there if we needed anything. Condo was clean and suited us well with a stocked kitchen and plenty of dining space to eat in when we wanted to. It was close to the pool but a bit of the walk to the ocean, so I would recommend a wagon if you have kids and lots of beach stuff. Our only disappointment was that the on site cafe was not serving food at this time which was a bummer on the day my husband stayed behind without a car with the youngest while I took the older kids deep sea fishing. Hopefully, they are back up and running soon. Overall, we would recommend the condo and look forward to staying again!

The location was perfect for the Activities we had planned. Hit Key West for a day, Miami for a day and then used the other days to explore things we saw in both directions. Unit is super clean and perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teens. Thank You for the opportunity of a trip full of memories.

This is a fantastic place to stay with a lovely ocean view. The unit is very queen very welcoming love the welcome bag with the Couzies provided by the owners and also the other helpful tips of things to do. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We never took advantage of anything at the resort. We just used it for a place to stay while we went on fishing charters. We were too tired at the end of the day.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. The property is amazing, and the unit is absolutely beautiful. Because we’re always on the go on vacation, we never spend much time in the unit, but we couldn’t resist a couple “nights in” or getting up early to sit on the balcony before heading out due to how nice the place is. It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, and everything was ready for our arrival (they even provide welcome gifts!) I also must add that the master bed is like sleeping on a cloud haha! Elizabeth and David are AMAZING; they are extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating, and they will go above and beyond to make sure you have anything and everything you need to have a PERFECT stay. We cannot wait to plan our next trip, and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else :)
