The waiver does not cover intentional or negligent damage, smoking, unauthorized pets or guests, missing items, excessive cleaning, rule violations, fines, or damage exceeding $1,000. Guests remain financially responsible for excluded damage and any costs above the coverage limit

We had a wonderful stay everything was spotless beautiful view on the balcony. We would definitely stay there again. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The pool was terrific. Large and ample seating. Very clean. There was a pool bar open around 12-8pm. The condo itself was average- nothing spectacular. The lack of housekeeping service was a drawback. Our dishwasher had a leak and twice we had water on the floor. We kept a towel on the floor to keep the water from going everywhere. Maintenance came but couldn’t find the problem. Needless to say we did not run the dishwasher and did all dishes by hand.
It was our first time to the area. The weather was absolutely beautiful.
