Within a 10 minutes drive of Key Largo's or Downtown Islamorada's Best Restaurants, Bars, State Parks, Dive Boats & Fishing Charters. SEAS THE DAY - OR JUST RELAX - YOU'RE ON ISLAND TIME THE CONDO: This spacious 920sq. ft. end suite located in building 3 features: - 1 KING bed in the master bedroom with flat screen TV; - 1 QUEEN bed in the guest bedroom with flat screen TV; - 2 Full Bathrooms with blow dryers; - LIVING ROOM with a PULL-OUT SOFA; - DINING AREA with a table for 6; - In-unit WASHER/DRYER; - Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator; - Step-Out Balcony with seating; - All linens, beach and bath towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing! THE PROPERTY: Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including: - BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided; - Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables; - Two private TENNIS courts and Pickleball (rackets and balls are available); - 24/7 FRONT gate security; - Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property; - 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit; - SEASONAL FOOD TRUCK - On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. Other things to note: Marina Slips are run by a separate entity. 2 Parking Passes Issued per Reservation ( 2 Cars Max)

The property was wonderful. The attention to detail of housekepping and the owner were amazing. It was the little things that stood out like the jewelry tray in one of the bedside table drawers and hooks on theback of doors. We would recommend this property.

I've stayed in a variety of rentals in the keys over the years. Mostly houses. This was a beautiful condo that had good space to spread out. It's beautifully furnished. Well stocked with appliances and dishes. The pool was lovely and in quick walking distance. This is an end unit. And it was very quiet. That was a big plus. Would stay here again! Highly recommend!

Quiet and comfortable with amenities like a washer and dryer than are very useful for washing swim wear after scuba diving.

I came out here with my two sons for a few days of off shore fishing. It was also a great place for bonding time as my one son is getting married this summer. The place was comfy, up to date, and the owner was always just a text away. Very clean and we even got in several hours earlier. I would 100% come back here.

We have stayed at this complex several times over the years and this unit was the nicest we have stayed in. It’s an end unit so a little bigger and more windows. Very nice unit. And we love this complex because it’s easy to Check-in and stay, it’s got a community pool with a pool bar, and it’s convenient to both Key Largo and Islamorada. Great Place! Great Location!

Check in was easy. Nice staff at gate. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Clean, nicely decorated and comfortable condo with ocean view. Close to pool and short walk to beach.

Great place!
Just what we were looking for….. two bedrooms very nicely furnished. We each had our own bathroom. Comfortable furniture to relax after a great day at the pool or in the ocean. Loved the amenities!

Comfortable and easy.
The condo and furnishings were in very good condition. We had no issues. It was very easy to immediately relax at the end of a busy day being out and about. The view from the balcony was peaceful as well. We don’t usually stay in the same place twice but would easily consider going back.

This complex is not new so it really makes a difference which unit you get. This unit has been remodeled and has the perfect Keys vibe! Nice showers! Beautiful view from the living room slider however you cannot see sunrise or sunset. Definitely will consider coming back.

My family and I had a great time here. The location is great, you are so close to the beach and you have the pool and hot tub right across from your building. The place is really clean and the owners were super friendly and easy to get in touch with. If you are in the keys, I highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had a great time here. The location is great, you are so close to the beach and you have the pool and hot tub right across from your building. The place is really clean and the owners were super friendly and easy to get in touch with. If you are in the keys, I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent condo with beautiful updates. The little beach is more for sitting and looking but the pool and jacuzzi is a home run. Throw in the poolside bar and a pina colada and you really dont need to go anywhere!

Florida Keys Tavenier
Close to the snorkeling and kayaking excursions that we wanted to do.

We loved the unit. Largo has done a first rate job updating and decorating the unit. The queen bed in the second bedroom was a big plus. We've stayed at Ocean Point several times in the past and we can say that Largo's unit was the best. However, Ocean point needs some work The road going past the temporary guard house needs some paving. The grounds could use some clean up There was no barbeque grill to use close by. In general Ocean point is showing it's age. but still nicer than most in the area. We only had one disappointment. On our last day, contractors were jackhammering one of the foundations right under our unit all day. We had a hard time hearing our I pads and phones. I'm sure that the work was necessary so we didn't bother to call Largo. We hope to stay at one of his units again and hope that Ocean Ponte will continue improving and cleaning up the general facility.

There was an incident in the parking lot where there cop cars were for a group of people. Then a drunk lady knocked on our door twice late at night. Even though it was a gated community the weekend had a rougher crowd. I think more selective renter in the future would be beneficial for repeat clients. Thank you.

Nice condo, well equipped. Second bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded. It is not very good for an adult couple.
