The Space:

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this 920 square foot condominium located in the heart of Tavernier. The layout includes two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, along with two full bathrooms. The living area is bright and inviting, featuring a queen pull out sofa for extra sleeping space. The dining area accommodates six guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and blender. Guests can enjoy the private balcony, in unit laundry, and resort amenities such as a pool, hot tub, and beach access. Whether you are here to explore the coral reefs or enjoy local dining, this home provides all the essentials for a comfortable and memorable vacation.

The Neighborhood:

On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED



Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
