Nestled in Marco Island, this attractive condo for $189 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom, 5th floor fully furnished condo with beach access directly across the street. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished bedroom including a queen sized bed and a TV. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a large flat screen TV. There are two sliders leading out to the balcony with views of the gulf and a washer and dryer in the unit. Heated swimming pool, cabana with BBQ gas grill, tennis court and bike racks are some of the common features. Also included are beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, coolers and towels. One assigned parking space with additional guest parking available. WiFi and cable TV. Included. A great inexpensive alternative to the JW Marriot which is only a few hundred yards away. Joe's unit was perfect for our son and daughter-in-law and single son who used the fold-out sofa. Our condo, across the street, can't accommodate our entire big family.

Property was perfect. Clean and close to the beach! Beach chairs were available to take to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the gulf. Would definitely stay there again!

Great property and location. Nicely modern and clean. We enjoy the balcony, and were sad to see that the treeline across the street had grown a bit over the ocean horizon. We still thoroughly enjoy this location and the quiet facilities very much and the short walk to the beach cannot be beat! Thank you for a wonderful return stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was so conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Joe was very communicative and a great host. I’m not sure we could have comfortably used the pull out sofa for more than a week, but my son was very happy just sleeping on the couch. Highly recommend!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the large balcony overlooking the gulf and easy access to the beach. Happy to have beach chairs and umbrella provided at the condo! We would rent again.

The condominium is great for a family of 4. It’s equipped with everything you need, the washer and dryer is a big plus. Close to the beach entrance. the heated pool was awesome and the beach gear is a great thought. Overall we had a great time.

Pros: Just cross the street to reach the beach; chairs, toys, cooler and cart were a plus. Very quiet complex with nice pool. Easy check-in, great communication. Cons: Only 2 bath towels provided. Carpet and upholstered chairs need a bit of TLC (cleaning). Good place to stay.

I was speaking at a conference and wanted a quiet place away from the big conference area. This place was so peaceful and just what we needed. We loved using the kitchen and use the balcony. The access to the beach was awesome and a pleasant short walk. I can’t stress enough how perfect this place was.

This property has perfect beach access. There are limited beach access points that you can walk to and there is one directly across from the building. The location is in a perfect spot! We also found it convenient that this unit had a washer and dryer which we never had before. The property owner provided clear instructions and was very easy and friendly to work with.

We come to Marco every year. We usually stay with family, but this year wanted to stay near the beach. The location of this unit has perfect access to the beach and plenty of places to visit within walking distance. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. It was clean and well appointed. Nice to have a laundry room. The beach cart and chairs were a nice plus. We like to begin our day on the terrace and end our day there. I was a bit disappointed that because of the way the building is designed the terrace doesn’t offer privacy. Other terraces were in full view of ours and us theirs. Despite this one drawback, we would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and absolutely best location. Public beach access directly across the street and the building is on the main strip with easy walking distance to some great restaurants. Very comfortable condominium for a couple, not sure for a family of four. The view from the balcony is amazing, sunsets were spectacular. The condo could use some minor updating, as it was visible that was rented very well. Overall we love staying there and we plan on coming back.

We have stayed at the San Marco Residences many times and in different condos. This one bedroom was clean and had a nicely stocked kitchen with extras like beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and two coolers. Joe was very attentive and made our stay easy. We were there during the Eta tropical depression so our weather was a bit rainy, but Marco Island is always a nice place to visit.

Was in a great location. Beach access was right across the street and you could see the beach from the balcony. Unit was clean. Had updated appliances and was equipped with pots pans silverware etc Pool was warm and clean. The bedroom carpet could be cleaned and the bathroom door squeaked but the bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space to put your clothing and essentials The manager was easy to reach and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. I would definitely stay here again
