This 7,000 sq ft masterpiece includes 6 bedrooms (all with full en-suite bathrooms with showers), 3 King Sized Beds among the 6 BR, 6.5 Bathrooms, a 20x40 heated gunite pool, an outdoor basketball court, a large gourmet kitchen outfitted with the latest appliances and two dishwashers, and five gas fireplaces. There is a Master BR and a Junior Master BR, each provided with a King Sized Bed. A third BR upstairs also offers a King Sized Bed. A gorgeous glass fence surrounds the perimeter of the pool area, marrying security for children with a luxurious appearance and feel. Movies / sports may be enjoyed on a 133” HD projector screen in the theatre or on the 65” flat panel in the Living Room. The interior decorations and finishes are tasteful and of the highest quality throughout the home. The majority of the toilets have heated seats. Located on a cul-de-sac, the home and surroundings are both private and quiet. WiFi has been recently updated to be the latest, top of the line system to ensure multiple people in the home could concurrently zoom while maintaining crisp connections. A home office has been created in a unique private nook off the master bedroom. A peloton bike is available for use. A covered porch area provides an additional shady spot to relax. What an incredible home. The property was great for a family get together and the house was very perfect. It truly felt like a home and not like a "rental". The rooms and beds were all very comfortable, and there was tons to do for the kids. We truly had an all around great stay and cannot recommend Daniel and his home enough. Almost as importantly, Daniel was so flexible with all of the scheduling issues that we had and went above and beyond to work with us... thank you again.

This home was absolutely wonderful. It had everything we needed and more and is in a perfect location in Southampton. You’re 5 mins from town, but it feels secluded and private. The host is very responsive and accommodating and helped make our stay perfect. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

This home is amazing - beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Hamptons experience. We had 9 women who have been together for decades and frequently travel to luxurious places. We give this a 5+ and Daniel is super responsive to whatever you need. Loved it!

Fabulous Weekend Getaway!
This is the first time we have ever rented a vacation home., I can not say enough about this amazing beautiful home!!! The home is so spacious , beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ever need! The host, Daniel was so accessible during our entire stay! The location is fantastic , only minutes from town and in a private cul de sac. It was the perfect getaway during this crazy time we are all in, for the long weekend we actually were super relaxed and life seemed so normal! Would 1000% recommend this home!

Holiday celebration with family
We rented this home to bring together children and grandchildren for an early Christmas celebration. The house was just as pictured. Beautiful and so comfortable for our entire family gathering! Daniel was a great host and so easy to work with. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook , with all the utensils, tools and serving pieces you would need. In fact the entire house was well stocked with the necessary supplies, making it so easy to simply arrive, unpack and enjoy the vacation and the many amenities in the area. There is nothing I would change about this house. It was a great choice that the entire family enjoyed!

The Ultimate Vacation Home!
We just returned from a two week stay at this gorgeous Southampton home. The owners were outstanding from the very beginning, and couldn't have been more accommodating! The home is beautiful both inside and out, providing child safety at every turn. Double sets of Washer/Dryers both upstairs and down helped with our never ending laundry. Perfect for us since we had 3 children under the ages of 3. Loved the location and the convenience to both Southampton and Sag Harbor. So much to do including the nearby Seven Ponds Orchard with pick/ur/own fruits and veggies and a wonderful playground! Looking forward to our return. Happy to submit this review...just don't take the two weeks we want next year!!

Lovely House, Very Helpful Owner
A group of ten stayed in this house for 4 nights in February; the house was terrific - clean, well decorated and carefully cared for. We were able to find all of the materials we needed in the kitchen and the music system and television were easy to operate. All of the rooms were extremely tidy and bathrooms and linens pristine. We also thoroughly enjoyed their sauna in the basement (with room for 6, at least). Daniel was very organized and was in touch with all of the details/recs we could need for our stay and was super responsive / available during the weekend itself. The house is about ten minutes from town and private. I would highly recommend this home!

Fabulous vacation Rental in Southampton
From beginning to end the perfect summer vacation rental home experience! Beautiful home, beautiful pool and great location. From linens, to iPads and a completely stocked kitchen all amenities you could ask for to make for a successful and extremely comfortable summer rental. We couldn't have enjoyed our experience more. The owners were an absolute pleasure always available with any questions and completely on call to help if there were any issues. We were able to entertain both adult children with guests as well as our friends all together comfortably in this fabulous summer house. If your are looking to rent a summer home in the hamptons, this home will afford you a perfect summer vacation! As good as any 5 star luxury resort!

Perfect stay in the Hamptons
We could not have been more happy with our end-of-summer rental.
Everything was so easy and courteous from the beginning of first contacting the owner to the rental process, to finally "moving into" our summer rental, to unfortunately having to leave this gorgeous house two weeks later.
Our well traveled, international group of friends, were all surprised how spacious, cozy and comfortable this gem of a house was and we had a splendid time enjoying the rest of summer in the Hamptons.
The House is so well equipped, that we all immediately eased into a vacation mode, nothing we could have possibly wanted, that wasn't part of the house.
The bedrooms are bright and spacious, with comfortable mattresses and all en-suite bathrooms, perfect for our guests, lots of entertaining space for our outdoor birthday celebrations, indoor dinners on the dining table or the very large kitchen area, perfectly suited for communal brunches, lunches, buffets etc.
The movie theatre-esk screen in the downstairs basement was a lounge favorite as well.
Its a large property with enough room, indoors and outdoors, which makes this house so desirable, especially being located so closely to Southampton Village and even Sag Harbor in a small cul-de-sac, very private and quiet.
The owner was great to deal with, had all sorts of local tips and recommendations for us and made sure on our arrival, that we were not short of anything needed.
I wish all house rentals would be as easy, polite and courteous.
We all had the best time, loved the house, garden and pool and hope to come back soon next year!

Southampton Retreat
My extended family of 12 including ages 1-88 years old had a wonderful stay in this fabulous home that suited everyone's needs beautifully! The baby had a beautiful crib and high hair waiting for her upon arrival! The floor plan was great for gathering spaces for all and large enough to have privacy when needed. The home is beautifully constructed and features fabulous decor and top of the line everything! The setting is very private and has a beautiful pool and tons of outdoor entertaining space. Two laundry rooms, huge finished lower level with a massive projection TV screen, gourmet kitchen and luxury baths were some of the features we enjoyed most. We loved the location too, just outside of Southhampton village and a quick drive to Sag Harbor. The owners were wonderful too, providing great information regarding the home, area restaurants and things to do. Wonderful hosts that made sure every detail was in order and followed up with us throughout our trip to see if anything was needed.
You'll love this home, location and hosts that really make you feel welcome while visiting the Hamptons!

Great house, great owners!
This house was the perfect house to rent. It's actually even better in person. The owners were so easy to work with and gave a ton of information to make your stay that much more welcoming! There was absolutely zero to complain about with this house. The location was great, 8 minutes from the town of Southampton and very easy driving to the beaches and other towns. You can literally just go with your suitcase and everything that you could possibly need is already there. Lena and Daniel, the owners, are a class act! A truly wonderful and exquisite home. Anybody would be lucky to be able to stay here!

A perfect retreat / great location / beutifully kept

- It is tough to describe how nice the place really is... I would recommend this to anyone looking to get out to the beach and do not like the hassle of sand or musty/humid air.
- The place is immaculate.
- The landlord/hosts are so easy to work with.
We have rented two years in a row here and we couldn't be happier. Both experiences are family excursions and the ages of our family range between 7 months to 91 years old, and vary between young kids to grandparents. There is something for everyone in this location. The house is easy to find, simply amazingly appointed (but totally live-able), and the location is tremendous. It is a block away from a great baseball field so we could bike there witht he kids and enjoy a day at the park. At teh same time, it is a very short drive to the beach. And if you feel ilke traveling to Sag Harbor area, you don't have to tackle Rt. 27 in traffic. It is close enoug to Noyac Road so you can travel along teh less-traveled way out East. We really enjoyed the house, the pool, and the whole experience. On a rainy day, staying in is not a bad thing... The whole street is picturesque, and the location is so very convenient. Cooking in that kitchen is very convenient, and dining as a family there is very inviting.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The owners attention to detail made it feel so welcoming and warm. We arrived in early evening to be greeted by the owner and his brother who couldn't have been nicer, taking us through the home and showing us how everything worked. The home was immaculate and flawlessly decorated, with every amenity you could imagine including state of the art electronics - even in the bathrooms. I can't tell you what it's cost me since my daughter discovered radiant heat under the tiles in the bathroom and warm toilet seats!! I personally loved having a washer and dryer both upstairs and downstairs, two dishwashers......definitely heaven on earth to me. The fresh flowers and giant jar of jelly beans also kept a smile on my face throughout our stay. This property is even prettier in person and our family can't wait to return.

Fabulous Family Retreat!
We found this house to be the most perfect family retreat in which to celebrate my Dad's 90th birthday. Overall this was one of our best experiences in a vacation rental! We were 3 families each with adult children and significant others and we were all amazingly comfortable. The house is beautifully furnished and has a wonderfully equipped kitchen where we cooked almost all of our meals. Then we were so comfortable eating outside at a table that accommodated all of us. The pool was perfect for play and lap swims. And the outdoor pingpong table provided additional fun. It was relaxing in the beautifully landscaped yard. The owner was very helpful all along the way and quick to respond to any questions. The location is close enough to beaches where went took early morning walks. The house is so roomy that after a week together we are are still talking to each other! I would not hesitate to recommend this home.

Spectacular Hampton home
My wife ( The west coast renter) pretty much said it all, but here's my take!
The home was spectacular in every way. The pool was great,we didn't even need the heat and the pool stayed 78 degrees. The owners were a special couple. All was brand new and I have a feeling if it had not been Daniel amd Lena would have made it so. I loved those toilet seats. We loved Sebastian ( the visiting tortoise) and even the pool guy was cool. There is no better property to rent in the Hampton's .

The perfect Hampton's retreat
We were a group of 11 family members from California enjoying a summer reunion. I know the west coast, but when it came to renting a house in the Hamptons I was a bit nervous over what I would get. From the first time I corresponded with Daniel about his home through to the very prompt deposit return I could not have been more pleased. Everything was handled so thoroughly and promptly by him that I never had any worries. Daniel was always readily available by phone or email during our stay. He and his lovely wife even came all the way out from the city (2 1/2 hours) after work on our first night to greet us and make sure we understood the mechanics of his home. This made us love the house even more when we saw how much they loved their home and wanted us to feel the same way about it.
The listing was very detailed, with the best amount of photos on a house I have ever seen. The description and the photos were very accurate in depicting this beautiful home and it's amenities. The photos almost made the home look too perfect, as I was afraid maybe it was going to be too nice for our large group. Not the case, it was every bit as beautiful, the photos just didn't depict how charming and cozy it was. This house is perfectly maintained inside and out and beautifully decorated. The landscaping has filled in and been added to since the photos so the yard is even prettier then shown. The setting is very private and peaceful and convienant to easily getting around the Hampton's various towns and beaches. Daniel and Lena were very helpful with suggestions on restaurants, beaches and things to do.
The home is huge so there was plenty of space for everyone. We could be as near or far from each other as we wanted, which is nice for 11 family members spending 10 days together! We all enjoyed the pool of course, but it was so relaxing to just lounge in the back yard too. We ate both inside and out and there was always plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was the hub for our group. It not only looks good it performs good. We cooked all day everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was big enough to handle all the chefs, sou chefs and cleaner uppers!
The home is so nice you don't need to ever leave so some of our group barely did. I looked at over a dozen houses in my search and I know now I found the absolute best one! I will return for sure!
