Nestled on a hill in the treetops this completely renovated home (renovated kitchen, carrara marble counters and renovated master bath/steam room) is perfect for summer getaways right in the center of the hamptons, Water Mill, which is in the town of Southampton. Room for everyone, multiple entertaining spaces, wonderful decks both in the pool area and upstairs, magnificently landscaped private grounds. Conveniently located to everything in the Hamptons.

Overall had a great experience at this property. The communication with the host was great and the home itself was in great condition with basically everything you need for a long weekend. I had come out here with a group of friends and although the weather wasn’t great, we were able to keep very entertained with plenty to do around the house. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to have a few large group meals without any hassle. The rooms were also clean and as presented. I would recommend this to anyone with a larger group looking to get away.

Had my sisters bachelorette here for the weekend! We had a great stay! Great pool and so much room for everyone to sleep! No complaints whatsoever

We had a great time at this house over the 4th of July with friends. The pool area was perfect and we enjoyed spending most of our time there!
