Located in Water Mill, this lovely house for $1,826 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Hello! Welcome to our beautiful Southampton home. **We have a six night minimum reservation policy from June 1st - August 7th** With 2800 square feet of luxury living space, our house is the perfect size to accommodate larger groups or multiple families traveling together. The home has recently undergone a full renovation, and the bright, white, and modern beach aesthetic is evident throughout. The floor plan is an open concept layout making it a fantastic place to spend time with loved ones and friends. As an additional perk for families, the bedrooms are split between two levels. The upstairs master connects to a children's room (2 twin beds) via a jack-and-jill bathroom. Downstairs is another master bedroom, and two more bedrooms. We have recently added a Peloton bike to our home which will be available in our master guest bedroom looking out to the pool. The kitchen is new and fully stocked with cookware and modern appliances and a Weber grill on the deck outside. For the kids, we have a brand new finished basement with a cozy couch, smart tv, art table, and games galore. Recent additions include a foosball table, air hockey, and a gymnastics mat and floor sitting "beam". Our pool is right off the dining / living room areas, providing seamless indoor / outdoor living - so you will never be far from your companions! Our home is equidistant from the charming town of Sag Harbor and the great shopping village of Southampton - about 10 minutes to each. We are a short drive from the beautiful Flying Point and Cooper's Beach as well as Mecox Beach in Bridgehampton. In addition to all of the pool and beach fun our home has to offer, there are other local activities such as tennis, kayaking, hiking, strawberry picking, children's museum, bowling, and much more. David is great host who was very responsive whenever we had a question and provided a beautiful house for our family vacation. The pool was perfect for lounging and we were able to have a wonderful Summer barbecue on the grill. The house has lovely furnishings and provided plenty of space for our youngest to play and for the whole family to relax comfortably in the living room.

This property is exactly as listed… Beautiful, clean, well equipped. I brought my family of five which included an infant and two toddlers as well as my parents, brothers, and their significant others for a week to this beautiful property. The pool was always warm, all the appliances worked perfectly, there was more than enough towels and linens. The kitchen had staples, plates, silverware, and servingware. Best of all, David is polite and easy to work with.

I highly recommend this property. It is bright, airy, clean (immaculate), and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and there is always plenty of natural light streaming in. The owners have provided all the creature comforts you could possibly need. The heated pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids and adults alike. I also really loved the neighborhood-- quiet and peaceful and central to everything. Finally, David was super responsive and very attuned to our needs. It's truly a gem!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home!

Fantastic home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving with family; kitchen is completely stocked with everything a cook would need! Missing the cozy evenings spent sitting by the fire and playing games. Will definitely be back! Thank you to David for being so accessible and helpful before and during our stay.

Our family stayed for 6 days. We had a blast. Everything is in excellent shape, gorgeous home and location. Our host David was great. He made sure we had an enjoyable experience and was always available in case of questions or concerns. We strongly recommend this property

This house is absolutely perfect! It's in a great central location with lots of privacy, yet still close to everything. The house itself is pristine and gorgeous, with everything you could possibly need. There is easily enough space for two families to stay with a master bedroom plus another bedroom/bathroom on each level. It's also a fantastic place for kids--the basement has a cute play area with a ton of toys for various ages. The owners are incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall fantastic and highly recommend!
