About this apartment rental
This large, centrally located apartment can comfortably sleep up to five. Please ask first if you have more than this.

You will love the apartment because it is spacious and gets afternoon sun in through the many windows into both bedrooms and the living area.
The 2 bedrooms are separated by an open plan kitchen and living area with a large 3-seater couch and chaise, and sofa. The lounge seats 8.
We hope you enjoy the complimentary Netflix, and Freeview digital TV.
You are on the doorstep to restaurants and nightlife, shopping, the waterfront, the public transport hub, museums, convention centre, exhibition centre, and numerous other highlights.
It is perfect for business travellers and families as it has full amenities.
If you are arriving by car, you are welcome to hire the car park during your stay. It is covered/secure. Please enquire first, as there is a fee for this, and is not always available.
Breakfast is provided and all linen is provided free of charge. You will also have fresh fruit, tea and coffee, bread and spreads, and cereals.
On arrival, we will meet you at the apartment building, show you in, and hand you the keys, and answer any questions you may have about your stay or Wellington.

No parties, but a small group is fine
No smoking (outside on street is acceptable)
No drugs
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm

Beautiful flat in a fantastic location. It was the perfect base for exploring Wellington, especially as we were in town for a longer stay. Surrounded by some wonderful cafes!

This small apartment has a brilliant location, and the location is the best thing about it.The whole place is a bit shambolic and really need someone to go in sort it out and do an assessment about what is needed and what is not needed in the flat. Also the included breakfast is a bit of a joke a packet of cornflakes and a bottle of milk in the fridge for two people staying four days? Really?Also, I warn anyone staying to use the earplugs provided there are occasions in the middle of the night when some sort of industrial process happens outside of the bedroom window and it is quite startling. I will certainly wake you up.Holy no it’s not a bad backpacker type of accommodation if four or five sharing the price isn’t too bad but for a couple it’s too expensive for what it offers, although if it were given some attention and some of the thoughts with equipment were fixed, it may become a better option.
