Fabulous location,, so close to cafes and shopping. The apartment has, great attention to detail, and style, an excellent alternative to a hotel room with lots of space. Kitchen facilities with all you need.

It was close to everything with it being in the middle of Lambton Quay, the apartment was very big and spacious, I loved the bathroom with the large shower too!
The bed in the middle room has a saggy mattress on the left side, probably dated and needs replacing, back was pretty sore but it was fixable, just sleep on the right side. The apartment was also super cold at night.

The apartment is a good size, with loverly decor. Easy access to the city. A very nice comfortable apartment, with all the comforts of home. Unfortunately, right next to a very loud function center, we could not even hear the TV, due to laughing, screaming, and very loud chatter that with went on most evenings until just after midnight. The hosts were very nice, but, not easy to contact during the NZ day time (as they live overseas).
The noise was overwhelming, to the side of this apartment is a function centre, loud music and very loud chatter, which went to 12 midnight, it was so loud that neither of us could go to sleep. The windows, need to be double glassed due to the noise. Access when we arrived was not easy, as the lock box was around the back attached to a fence, it was jammed, when we did get it open it was full of water. We sent messages via (booking.com) to ask if we could leave the fob in the apartment when we left, but due to the time difference (where the owners live overseas) we could not get a reply.
