Everything! It exceeded all our expectations. The resort is located inside a privately gated village which adds privacyand exclusive vibes. They offered airport transfers but we declined as we got a self drive car rented. The room we got is so spacious, comforable and clean. The staff were all corteous and nice. The breakfast buffet is above decent, plenty of options. They even prepare a packed breakfast for us for one of the mornings that we need to wake early for Calauit and it was good. The pool is big ang very aeathecially pleasing. They also had genset which is nice during sudden power interruptions in the island. Highly recommended. Worth the money :)

Lovely big rooms, modern and clean. Great place to feel clean again after some rough travelling. Convenient to get on the hotel bus/transfer if going to the airport.
Front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed and dismissive whenever speaking to them. No way to contact the front desk using the phone (the start pack says to use the phone only for calls to reception and other rooms, but no where in the pack or other areas of the room does it say how). Asked front desk for the (advertised) wake up call, but they forgot and laughed about it next day. The airport transfer is actually more like a bus that visits a few different hotels on the way, so if you’re expecting a private transfer directly to the airport, don’t.
