Staff were polite and tried to be helpful
East Wing rooms are newly renovated and much better
Initial ground-floor room had a strong mold smell and visible mold on the ceiling
Older rooms feel dated and not very clean
Communication in English was sometimes difficult
Service at the restaurant/café could be slow
