Love everything about Zuri resort, staff accommodating, very courteous and helpful. Everything in room was perfect, staff checked on us to be sure everything was we need are in the room. Definitely will come back and stay afain at the beautiful Zuri resort!!!

This was by far one of our absolute favorite stays during our honeymoon! The accommodation was amazing. The staff initially offered us a complimentary upgrade to a larger family suite, but as soon as they realized we were on our honeymoon, they quickly pivoted to ensure we got a beautiful room with a King-size bed and an excellent view. They even brought us a delicious chocolate cake to celebrate, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The food at the resort was very good, offering a great variety of different cuisines, and the pools were spectacular with incredible views.
Unfortunately, I fell ill during our stay due to something caught in a previous country we visited, but the resort staff was incredibly supportive. They offered to call a doctor directly to our room, and when we opted to visit a private clinic in town instead, they helped arrange the transport and gave us clear guidance.
Overall, the staff was amazing, spoke great English, and the amenities were top-notch.
The only minor downside is that the resort is a bit out of town, so you do need to take a trike back and forth, but the incredible service more than made up for it!
