Très bien

Volle Empfehlung!

Das Hotel ist sicherlich für die Philippinen in der gehobeneren Preisklasse, erfüllt dafür aber auch Europäische Standards ohne weiteres. Die Zimmer sind als kleine Bungalows, höchstens zweistöckig, meist einstöckig um den schönen Pool herum angeordnet. Der Garten um den Pool herum ist äußerst gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, bieten genügend Ablagefläche, einen Kühlschrank mit Minibar und eine Klimaanlage mit dezenter Lautstärke. Das Bad ist einwandfrei, eine saubere, 'europäische' Toilette, zuverlässig warmes Wasser mit gutem Wasserdruck, Insektendichte Fenster, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Die im Hotel zu buchenden Touren sind kaum teurer als auf der Straße und teilweise besser (weniger Teilnehmer). Um das Hotel herum ist fußläufig nicht viel zu sehen, mit dem Roller ist man aber in wenigen Minuten im 'Zentrum' von Coron (wo es auch nicht viel zu sehen gibt, der Ort lebt davon, dass man gebuchte Touren macht, bei denen man ohnehin im Hotel abgeholt wird) oder bei den heißen Quellen und den "Siete Pecados", sieben kleinen Inseln vor der Küste (Geheimtipp, eine der wenigen nicht 'geführten' Touren mit den besten Schnorchelrevieren der Philippinen!).

Das Frühstück ist nur OK: Es gibt Toast, Butter, Orangenmarmelade, Erdnussbutter, frische Omelettes und Pancakes, ein paar Süßspeisen, Instantkaffee und sonst nur asiatisches Frühstück. Das Restaurant ist recht teuer.

Our stay was wonderful and the exlusive tour provided by Luminous tour and travel was well organized. Our tour guide RJ

The property is near town which makes eating out and shopping easily accessible.

Room service cannot be charged to room and needs to be paid immediately. When we joined a group tour the hotel did not gave us beach towels while other participants from other hotels were given by their hotels.

It was a great stay overall.

The hotel is clean, well apportioned, staff were attentive and courteous.

The 2nd tour was a bit disappointing. The mask and snorkels were not functioning well, water goes in the mask, and our tour was supposed to be reefs and wrecks. We had to use our goggles. Food preferences/restrictions were not followed and we had to insist on it.

Advertised as a much better hotel than it is, very expensive for what we had, overall mediocre

The original room we had was nice, and the pool view was also nice. The second room they also put us in was also decent, however not as nice as our first

The first room had flies, which I mean like a swarm of them, so they moved us to another room. Although nice, this room had an interconnecting door, through which we could hear our neighbours play music and bang noises. We also had 2 power cuts, where the rest of the hotel continued with light, and we didn't have anything..... As they said, this was the quiet season they were doing work all around the hotel, this meant loud noises when we were sleeping in the morning and loud noises when we were trying to relax by the pool. It wasn't so much a relaxing experience at Coron Soleil, especially for their higher price than other hotels, that we have had far, far better treatment!

amazing comfortable and quiet location and very friendly staff

very clean, nice garden view from the room balcony, big spacious room, large pool, quiet area to get rest well, very friendly, polite and helpful staff , very good cocktails at pool bar made by Jobert , you can relax at the pool until late as it was opened until 10:00 pm

the breakfast is not so diverse, the restaurant food quality must be improved

Superb

All the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk team, who looked after our comfort, new beach towels daily, ensured we were ready for our daily tours and airport transfers. Rooms were of good size, and thanks to the housekeeping staff for their daily cleaning service. The resort ambience was excellent with the clean and inviting pool at the centre and the hill behind.

Choices for breakfast food were good, but the dining room staff should be attentive to ensure the supply of certain popular dishes, like arroz caldo, scrambled eggs, and fresh fruits, were always there, as in two mornings we were there some food run out and rhe kitchen staff took awhile to replenish the dishes.

love the view and the pool itself, also they made our stay worth it by surprising us with an anniversary decoration the moment we enter our suite.

Very nice hotel, but a lot of families with small kids. That can be an issue for some. The hotel is however very nice and staff is great.

breakfast was quite poor, swimming pool dirty with loads of mosquitos and the hotel is very very far from town…

Good

Rooms were clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool. It was also helpful that they replenished the complimentary water bottles on a daily basis.

The bathroom didn't have a door so we had to announce to the people in the room when we were undressed. Also, the shower kept clogging. At some point, we had to turn off the shower mid-rinse to allow the water to clear up.

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Highly recommend!

Buffet breakfast had a large selection and tasted delicious. Location wasn’t walking distance to nearby restaurants or markets, but it’s only a 5-7 min tricycle ride. Tricycles charge 250php per person. Pool was huge and clean. We loved that our room was directly across from the pool.

Hotel was pricey.

Nice hotel but poor restaurant and not 4 star

The rooms were spacious and clean Bed was comfy Just a short trip to the main town

The food at the restaurant really wasn’t very good and it was expensive. Same with the breakfast- limited options. The pool was a good size but felt like it needed a clean. I think it’s quite expensive for the quality of the facilities- wouldn’t class it as a 4 star option

Nice place to stay

The hotel is a secluded a bit far out from the town. It has a nice pool rooms are nice a and spacious. Staff are wonderful and the breakfast is great.

It's abit far from the main town The express rooms don't have a mini fridge in them. N the rooms are pretty small.

Very good and comfortable!

i liked the room a lot and the swimming pool. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice too. it was also very nice to relax at the pool. it wasn’t too far from the center of Coron, just a trycicle ride of approximately 5 minutes.

The only thing i didn’t like was when they clean the room they just make up your bed and don’t put fresh sheets on it. we had to ask for that after 5 days and it’s the only time they did it on our 11 days stay. For that price it should be done more often.

Good stay for quiter side of town

Paid Transfer from to Airport, good value. Property provide their own transfer but same rate for public joiner. Bed and pillow are comfortable, ideal for good sleep. Staff are very efficient and helpful. Location ideal for quieter side of town. Wi-Fi signal strong for an island even in the room. Pool is a plus.

Plated breakfast can be improved. Dangit didn’t seem freshly fried, tapa not so tender and the pancakes not so good as well. Shower head water pressure too strong. Room area no mobile signal.

Comfortable lodging close to town.

The service is excellent from the concierge to the grounds keepers and restaurant.

there were periods of power outage and Wi-Fi not working.

Definitely the cleanliness of the room and most facilities - 9.5/10! 🙌 As someone who used to work in a 5-star resort, I know the lengths that the staff would take just to maintain the cleanliness and quality so KUDOS and thank you! 👏👏👏

Had to make a follow-up twice for our food to be delivered to our room 😒 Not really a good experience and caused us some stress. July 12 - the FO staff took our breakfast choices and agreed to have the food delivered to our room at 7am since the pick up time of the joiner tour we booked was at 730 to 8am. July 13 - 7am came, so my husband made a follow-up where they said they'll make a follow-up. 7:10am - had to make a 2nd follow up. still no food came. 7:20am- decided to go to the restaurant and food was served within 5 minutes. 🤦‍♀️ F&B staff said they weren't told about it.
