The property is clearly recently renovated and has a modern, clean and well-maintained appearance. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very large and comfortable beds. We found everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
One of the biggest strengths of the hotel is definitely the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A special thank you to Joy and Marialen, who were always very friendly, helpful and available throughout our entire stay, from the moment we arrived until the end of our visit. They were always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything.
We particularly appreciated their help in arranging transportation. They helped us book a scooter, which we then used throughout our stay to get around the city more easily and independently. This was extremely useful and made it much more convenient for us to explore the area and move around.
The main downside is the location, as the hotel is not particularly central. You need to travel a little to reach the main areas of the city, so having a scooter was especially useful for getting around.
Another issue we experienced was the presence of quite a lot of ants in the room. Although the room was generally clean and well maintained, this was quite annoying during our stay. We believe that better pest control and prevention measures could help avoid this issue in the future.

The staff were absolutely amazing, from front desk to maintenance staff everyone went above and beyond to help! The pool and room were very well maintained and it was in line with expectations in the area.
Not much! Some small tweaks to the rooms to make it feel and smell more fresh would improve it

proximity to town and tour start points.
There are a lot of lizards (Wall gecko)everywhere and it’s too ridiculous. Breakfast was okay but hotel price is too expensive. We paid $495 for 4 nights and the building is incomplete. Pool was very small and key was fixed on a cooking laddle instead of Key holders. Inside the rooms are not painted and their mango shake isn’t very good.
