The flat and location
The key pickup and drop-off process is difficult as you have to go to another location to take it. Also the self check in process is really annoying

Very good location and good cleanliness.
No issues to note.

Spotlessly clean and in a great location to the Gay Village. Perfect for 2 couples to enjoy.
Nothing. Everything was perfect

Good location in Chinatown, close to New Street; clean and functional, very comfortable beds, plenty of space, speedy deposit clearance.
Front door intercom out of order, charges and rules hidden in the Ts&Cs, rude customer service, poor wifi, clearly breaching the building's own regulations on short stays, some stinking mess rubbed into the carpet outside, only one key available, key pickup reasonably close but not nice in the pouring rain, minimal "touches" like crappy coffee and tea, lots of wear and tear, including towels and linen for which an extra 40 quid "linen fee" was charged.
