About this condo rental
Situated in Asheville, this attractive condo for $270 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. We are following the CDC and the Asheville Cares guidelines for keeping our apartment to the highest standards for disinfecting and cleanliness. There are 3 decks for your enjoyment with panoramic views of both downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. The first deck has a gas grill, a cocktail table and bench. You will want to spend as much time as possible enjoying time relaxing or dining on the second deck taking in the marvelous views. The 3rd deck is for indulgent resting on a double hammock or a game of ball toss. The open living room/dining/kitchen are well appointed for your comfort while you enjoy your time together. There are 2 king bed bedroom suites at opposite ends of the apartment, which allow maximum privacy. All this, and you could walk to downtown, and only minutes drive to Biltmore Estates. There is ample, free, off street parking for 2 cars. Just a note; it is my pleasure to meet you when you arrive for check in and make certain if there is anything you might need, and please understand you can call upon me at any time during your stay if you wish. Otherwise, you are in the above described, very private space, undisturbed.

Suzy’s home is a lovely spot near downtown Asheville. The view from the porch is so serene and the home was clean and beautifully appointed. Suzy was super responsive to any of our needs. The home was a perfect location for exploring downtown, Biltmore and seeing the Grove Park Inn. We would definitely stay again!!!

Th property was marvelous. It was very comfortable, well appointed, with the household items and appliances needed. Our hosts, the Laibson’s were wonderful. They were helpful in the run up to our stay, and were very available when advice on the area was needed.

The property, the host, the location, the view, all amazing! Perfect for two couples. Don’t hesitate to book. We rented a car and we were short rides to the Biltmore, Downtown, and the Arboretum all decorated for Christmas! Very festive! Would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay at City Lights! The location is perfect. It is close to downtown and the Biltmore but is quiet and has plenty of space inside and outside for our family to spread out. We will definitely be back.

The property exceeded all of our expectations! The location was central to everything. Check in and check out was simple. The layout was perfect for the 4 of us. The two bedrooms were separated with great bathrooms for each bedroom. The view and outdoor space was perfect! We were surprised with warm cookies waiting for us upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Check in was easy with clear instructions and the unit was as pictured on-line and very clean. Everyday we sat on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful vistas and all the song birds.
The suite was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. We were close to downtown which made it very convenient. And Susie, the premier host, was top notch. She was personable, informative, and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time in Asheville, enjoyed Susie, and really loved her property!

This was our first trip to Asheville and it couldn’t have been better. The home was a perfect size for our family of four. The deck is covered and comfortable to sit on and enjoy the city and mountain views. You can walk to a Starbucks and bakery. We also walked into the city which takes a little longer but is definitely doable. Otherwise driving to and from the parkways and Biltmore was super easy. Suzy was the best host. She lent us umbrellas, baked cookies and even picked something up for us ahead of time that we couldn’t bring in our carryon! She was immediately available if we needed anything. This house is so much more personable than anything you’d find in the city. Thank you for a wonderful introduction to Asheville! Can’t wait to come back!

A couple friends and I stayed here for a girls’ weekend, and it was as wonderful as advertised. Suzy met us upon arrival and answered any questions. Everything was clean, and it was delightful to sit on the decks and relax but also be close enough to go into town easily. No bears- maybe next time! :)

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfy apartment. It is beautifully decorated and well furnished with many extras. The location is very convent to downtown activities as well as the Biltmore. The host was very welcoming and communicated well. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Suzy’s place - great for those who want some separate living space. Two bedrooms and Toledo baths on either end of the unit. Fully equipped and very comfortable. Has nice deck and parking. Suzy is very warm and provides a lot of information about the area. Very close to everything! Definitely recommend

Suzy's place was perfect for 2 couples. Very comfortable beds. Close to everywhere we wanted to go yet away from the hustle with the most beautiful views!
We were greeted with delicious cookies and we met Suzy. There was plenty of information for all kinds of things to do in the area.
I would definitely stay here in the future. We loved Asheville and our only disappointment was that we didn't see a bear ;)

My 3 friends and I spent an amazing weekend at Suzy's property, and it was wonderful. Location wise you are essentially a 3 minute drive from downtown. The view from the porch was beautiful - trees, mountains and city views all in one. I was a little delayed on my travel day, but Suzy was kind enough to come down and chat with my girlfriends when they arrived and bring homemade cookies. After that we didn't see or hear our hosts, they gave us plenty of privacy. The setup is also great with 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the apartment so you don't feel like you are on top of the people you're traveling with. Very clean and overall just a fantastic place to stay.

We absolutely love staying at Suzy's place in Asheville. The house was the perfect size for two couples and was clean and beautiful decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable. The house is a short walk to downtown and just a very short drive to the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Suzy answered all of our communications and was an excellent host. No complaints. All raves! Very clean, well thought out, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. Well located close to city as well as outdoor activities. Suzy was so accommodating that she welcomed us with fresh baked, warm from the oven, chocolate chip cookies! Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at City Lights was great. The views from the deck are amazing and Suzy baked cookies that were fabulous. While the listing says you can walk downtown, it is a bit of a hike and not that easy especially if you have any physical limitations. Easy to drive or Uber though. We quite enjoyed having the best of both worlds.

My family loved staying here. It was very clean and the space was beautiful! It had a great layout with each bedroom having its own bathroom and being on opposite ends of the house. Easy to get anywhere in Asheville and great that it was walkable to restaurants. Suzy was very accommodating and even had delicious warm cookies for us when we arrived! Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful 2BR/2BA apartment with cozy king-sized beds in a quiet neighborhood. Gorgeous outdoor space with two decks and blooming trees/flowers, a great view of Asheville, and lots of natural light in the bedrooms. Easy walk to coffee shops and a very short drive to downtown. Owner was very kind. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay.

City lights really made our stay in Asheville. Location is just above downtown.
Close to downtown and also easy to get to Blue Ridge Parkway.
Suzy the owner was beyond helpful. The house was perfect and very comfortable. Amazing set up with kitchen and living room in the middle. Bedrooms and private bathrooms on both sides. Very clean and comfortable. Suzy also provided us with homemade cookies upon our arrival. I would recommend this rental and will be visiting again.

A perfect place for anyone visiting Asheville. The unit was very spacious with more than enough room for 3 adults. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and misc items. Perhaps the best feature was the large porch where you can sit and soak up the sun during the day or have a drink and look out at the city at night. Suzy was an amazing host. She was very accommodating when we requested to modify our stay by one night. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling to Asheville.

Well designed rental with common area separating the 2 king suites. Every comfort attended to no need to hit grocery as coffee and tea are there. Fire place, decks, Asheville views, close to town and yet quiet and serene.
