This was our first time staying on the third floor in the 3 bedroom and we absolutely loved it. I love the view from there. The master is facing the ocean while the first and second floor rooms the master is in back towards pool. There is a patio on first floor outside of living room and second room has a small one facing the back. It makes a difference having your master face the ocean. The room we stayed at (305), is remodeled. Very nicely done. The newly remodeled hard scape is terrific, bbqs are new. Love all the torches at night in front of hotel. We will be back! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has spectacular views of Molokai and Lanai off the two ocean-front lanais (one off the living room and one off the 4th floor master bedroom), not to mention daily sightings of whales & sea turtles. The condo itself is spacious, very clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well-appointed. You can swim & snorkel right out front, enjoy the heated pool out back or hit the nearby beaches of Ka’anapali. Great location away from the crowded resorts yet close to numerous restaurants and shops in Ka’anapali and Lahaina or further north in Kapalua. The owners clearly care about their guests; there was nothing more we could have asked for during our stay on this beautiful island. Aloha!

It is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The two balconies facing the ocean are outstanding for watching the waves, the sunset and listening to the ocean lull you to sleep at night. There is no A/C, but multiple fans are provided and the ocean breeze is constant. The condo has thoughtful details for travelers, such as an extension cord with multiple plugs and USB ports for charging on the nightstands and multiple hooks everywhere for towels and swimsuits. There's also beach equipment (cooler, boogie board, snorkel masks)in the front closet. The location is great, walkable to coffee, a public beach and a few shops. Easy driving distance to Front St in Lahaina or north to Kapalua. There is not much of a beach, at least in the winter with high tides,just a small strip of sand, but there are access stairs and beach restoration was underway while we were there. There was a big storm moving through during our stay, so we did not access the beach due to the high surf. Tammy is an extraordinary manager, clear instructions, easy check-in, super accommodating by letting us check-in early due to luggage logistical challenges! We appreciate you Tammy! We would love to return in the future!

Condo #305 was exactly as described and was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean, lots of space, and a view that can’t be beat. Location is perfect as well. Walk to a few local stores and restaurants and quick drive to so many spots. We found it to be about as close to perfect as you can get.

My husband, 3 teen daughters and I stayed here over July 4th. We had an amazing time and loved the condo. Very clean. The views of the beach and the sunset were unbeatable. We all really enjoyed snorkeling off the private beach, seeing lots of cool fish and the occasional turtle. Loved having a private beach and never having to worry about crowds. Short walk to the food truck park (tip: go early for dinner). Will definitely stay again.

The unit was recently renovated, with modern and comfortable bathrooms and kitchen. No A/C, but we didn't feel we needed it - there was great airflow and it was great to fall asleep to the sound of gently crashing waves. Best of all was the view - we had nearly every meal on the lanai and loved watching turtles float by directly below!

The unit is in a great location. We also rented units 301 and 110 for the rest of our family. Skip 301 - it is an outdated DISASTER. In contrast, #305 has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The BBQ area is also great. The pool is heated. 5stars!

Perfect spot for a multi-generational family. We decided to take the grandkids and parents to our favorite spot on Maui. This condo was everything we could have asked for and more. Clean, easy to get to along with probably the easiest check-in we have ever done. Kids have already decided to do it again next year.

Property was clean, comfortable and met our needs while in Maui. Close enough yet far enough from beaches & restaurants. Saw turtles just offshore off our lanai which was a bonus. No AC but breeze coming through was nice. Nighttime was a bit trickier as we wanted the breeze from the open windows but the crashing waves seemed to resonate even louder through the lanai. Overall good experience though - would recommend.

The condo is very nicely appointed and comfortable. We loved listening to the ocean as it is just outside our door. Tammy is a great manager and the property grounds are kept up and offer just what we needed.
