The 3 bedrooms are all good size, although one bed is very tall to get into easily. Everything was clean and house is well supplied. The jets on the hot tub only work on one side, but that did not stop us from using. I forgot to put on maintenance list that the back on remote control is missing, thankfully the batteries only fell out once. The backyard is beautiful and a great place to relax and safe for pets, had a fire once in backyard so relaxing. Bbq worked great, the grates need to be reseasoned and then protected with some lard so they don’t rust when not being used. We all had a great time during our stay and really appreciate all the things the owners do to make sure you have everything you need. It is a beautiful home to vacation in. The neighbors next door are so nice it was fun getting to know them, they even helped when I was sick one day and needed to borrow some vinegar, another neighbor sent over a bottle which was a lifesaver and was so wonderful. My aunt, sister and I had a fun time and agreed that we would rent this house again. Thank you Joan and Eric for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house for our girls getaway. My little chihuahua loved it too!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything we needed was there, it was close to the beach and downtown area, the home was clean and welcoming and very well set up. Would love to stay here again!

The place was overall very nice and fit the description and photos. Only problems were the house keeper was still cleaning past check in time & the place wasn’t 100% clean. We found dirt / trash hidden under and behind furniture and rugs had stains. The fridge smelled like fish even though it was empty! The house keeper washes the dirty rugs with blankets, found out at check in when she said she was running late due to washing and drying the blankets. (No rug mentioned). Overall the place was nice and accommodated us but definitely needs a deeper clean and inspection.
