The property was very cute! The bedrooms were nice and 2 bathrooms was amazing. Well located to walk to the beach and a short walk to the main strip of town.

We really enjoyed our eight days at Joan’s Seaside cottage. The house is well equipped and just blocks from the beach. It is cute and beachy as well. Joan is an excellent communicator and offers up advice and answers almost immediately upon request. While we were there, the internet was a little funky, but we got used to unplugging and rebooting the modem several times a day, and the internet would come back. Thanks for a great winter week.

We had a great time in a comfortable home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with the beach a short, pleasant walk away. Would definitely want to return. There was even a decorated tree for our celebration.

The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We were visiting for the wifes birthday and we all felt like we were at home. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! Cute beach cottage definitely would stay again, Thanks!

Mid-October, we stayed in this lovely, clean, well appointed cottage. Bedding, hot tub, kitchen that had everything for us to make small meals. It was just about perfect!

Three really comfortable beds and nice pillows. Room darkening shades in each bedroom. Nice updated kitchen. Backyard patio, yard, and hot tub were really nice too. Laundry room available in the garage. Overall, a great place to use as a homebase for a seaside vacation.

Clean, cute, nice yard area when a lot of other rentals in the area have no yard at all. Loved that the door has a combo key pad rather than worrying about keys. Short walk to beach and Broadway. Owner is super responsive! Definitely recommend.

Happy vacation with kiddos for Spring Break. House is close enough to downtown and the beach that I didn't need to drive all week. Was comfortable on both rainy and sunny days. Very good house.

My experience was terrible, I was deathly sick and unable to enjoy not even one day during my stay but unable to make any other arrangements per owner and could leave if I wanted but no partial refund would be given. My family had the best time they could without me, I spent my time in bed with a few select movies that were available. I could not get the wifi in the back of the home to work at all and would disconnect within a few minutes. The place was right the timing was wrong.

We had a great time and this home was perfect for our stay & needs! Well equipped with everything needed for a weekend trip and then some. We appreciated the fresh Starbucks coffee, doggie overnight bag, and other touches to make our time comfortable and convenient! Home is much llarger than it appears & floor plan is perfect for families with kids!

We had a excellent stay at this property! The owner was quick to respond to communication, everything worked as it should have. Too bad the back yard collects so much water but it is Oregon after all. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a good time staying here. Easy walking distance to beach. Poured down rain most of our stay. The house is older and well kept. Hot tub working but needed cleaned in my opinion. Water seemed a bit off color and musty smell. Bedrooms we’re comfortable including the beds. We did find ants in one of the bedrooms and moisture on the floor along north wall. Well supplied for our needs. Need to replace some of the kitchen items that are wore out. New can opener!

We had a great time staying here. Though it's an older home, the inside has been completely up dated and is quite comfortable. The driveway is much smaller than expected but we would stay there again for sure.

This little home just off of the prom was a great base for our Seaside adventure. I stayed here with my family and our new dog and we absolutely appreciated the amenities available for our pet. The neighbor was very kind and we enjoyed the quick walk to the prom and the shops.

Property was close to shops and walking distance to the beach. Inside was clean and accomplished out needs. Backyard was big and plenty of room to hang out. The place has no A/C. The front bedroom was very warm. No fans, we had to buy one. The windows didn't have screens so keeping open at night allowed bugs in. Screens would have been helpful. Outside of that, the house was nice.

We booked the Blue Coral house for our 20 year celebration going to the ocean! We had a blast! The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was very nice and we absolutely loved grilling outside with a nice large yard. It fit our family of 4 perfectly.

Not a huge living area with 2 smaller couches. Kitchen area was plenty big enough to make meals. Could use some more pans, there was only one big frying pan. Fridge was a little dirty along with the bathrooms. The hot tub was a little dirty as well. Not horrible though. The back yard is really nice with a big deck, fire pit and privacy. Another item the house could use is some box fans. It’s gets really hot in there during the day and we had to buy a fan. Overall it’s a great place for a family to stay.

Definitely one of the cleanest places I have rented from and I try a few different places every year! Pretty good location with great show on the beach not far away on the 4th. relaxing back yard with tub and fire pit.

We adjusted to the smell. We also have sensory stuff, so we might be more sensitive than others. We were overall impressed with the property and would stay again. Very clear directions, labels everywhere. Extra soaps, coffee spices etc. Easy to access the Beach! adorable little house. Thank you!

Such a nice place to stay for our Seaside vacation. Had most fun with the hot tub and making Smores in the Fitpit.
