Situated in Gilbert, this charming house for $130 per night is a great choice for your next break. Upgraded and well cared for 3 Bed, 2 Bath home + air mattress for sleeping 8. Open floor plan with spacious kitchen and large island. Granite counter tops, pantry, all stainless steel appliances. Master bathroom has been remodeled with large glass and tile shower! Split floor plan design with ceiling fans throughout. Free WiFi, Free wireless internet. Gas grill is provided as well. Community amenities consist of volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball courts, multiple swimming pools, parks, pavilions, fishing lakes, & public golf course. In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time) Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted. Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. No street parking at all times. The driveway and garage are available and overflow parking is available There is a limit of 8 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool. No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc. Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out. Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Some physical components of the property need attention. Lighting in living room and bed rooms very inadequate. Carpets in bedrooms very stained and probably need to be replaced. Only tepid water coming out of the kitchen sink faucet. Reported this to property management who said they would have their maintenance person contact us. Never happened. Let them know this when we checked out as they never contacted us to see if the problem had been dealt with.

After 4 days of driving from North Carolina to Arizona, my husband and I were looking forward to some relaxation before visiting old friends and our favorite restaurants. This property was centrally located and made it easy to do just that. The home was quite nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. This was our first time renting a home and we didn't know what to expect. We were not disappointed!

The property was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings were comfortable. The Master shower could use a heavier or longer shower curtain to keep the water from getting on the bathroom floor. There could be some kitchen towels if you want dishes washed and dried so they can be put away.

We stayed in this area to be close to family that lives in the same development. It was definitely worth it. The house was absolutely comfortable and fit my family of 5 perfectly. All of what you need to have for being away from home this place had it. Check-in/out were detailed efficiently and should we have needed it the owner was a text away. If you’re going to be in the Gilbert area and need a nice place to rest your head this is it.

Very clean. Good quality furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.. We appreciated having the ramp which made it easier to roll luggage between the house and garage. Effective AC (very helpful in AZ heat!). Responsive team at the host's office.

Great location with shopping and city parks close by. Great neighborhood for walking with tennis court and parks. The pool was unfortunately closed and that was very disappointing. There are things in the house that could be improved upon such as new carpet for bedrooms and a shower curtain in main bath so floor doesn't get soaking wet. Additional night stand in main suite would be nice.

We enjoyed staying in this house while we were in Gilbert. It was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We felt safe in this home and took advantage of the nearby walkway to and around the park. Thanks for providing a great home away from home experience.

This property was such a nice place to stay at while we were in town visiting family for the holidays. Overall, I rate this property a 4 out of 5. There were little things that I talked to the property management company about that I would suggest changing/updating, and they were very responsive to that! The neighborhood is really nice and mostly quiet (we were there on NYE, so fireworks lasted for hours- which is to be expected).

There were no liners in the garbage cans. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels. We could not work the shower in the bathroom with the tub. There weren’t enough wash cloths. The clear shower curtain in the en-suite bathroom wasn’t clean. There was plenty of room and seating.

Over the years we have rented a few other places in the area. I have to say that this property was the best equipped of all of them. The communication with the property management company was excellent. Great location. We will definitely be booking again in the future !!

Communication at all levels was exceptional. Definitely the best communication of any VRBO we have rented and we have rented a umber of them. Very clean, well stocked with any items we needed/wanted. We found this to be a very relaxing place to meet, visit and enjoy time with family and friends at a reasonable price. Plan to return after the super bowl when things in Phoenix area return to "normal"

I was amazed how clean this property was. Great quite location. Owner very easy/quick to deal with. Replied right away. Answered all questions. Owner was kind enough to extend our check out time from 10am to 1pm. My family and I will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful home and location. Very nice and easy to get to all kinds of fun things. It was a very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe. We love how comfortable everything was and all the little extra supplies. We would definitely stay here again. Are only issue was the master bedroom carpet was very dirty, but everything else was great.
