Rooms were clean and design layout made it nice. The staff was super friendly. Had free warm cookies and hot apple cider throughout the day. The breakfast was well planned and on with plate and silverware (no plastic ware or paper plates). It was clean and well staffed with very friendly people.
No hot tub outside

I booked a room same day. The facility was clean and the front desk clerk was very nice made accommodations easy for my sister who is handicap. He didn't have handicap accessible rooms available but he kept us close to the entrance and exit of the hotel which I greatly appreciate he was awesome! It made it easier for her. The value was great. The hotel was also close to the hospital that I mother was admitted to, which is why I rented the room. We wanted to be near her in case of an emergency.
Nothing, I would not change anything. Everything was great! No complaints.
