Conveniently located in the heart of the ocean isle beach - just steps away from the pier, coastal museum, ice cream shop, miniature golf, shops, and restaurants....And just a short 1-2 minute walk to the beach!!! This beach house has everything! It is specially designed for extra large multi-family gatherings - perfect for family reunions, weddings, the super bowl, holidays, corporate or golf trips! Interior features The home features three living rooms, a huge gourmet kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, spacious granite counter tops, two island breakfast bars, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two sinks, and large dining area w/table that seats twelve. The kitchen is very well-equipped with plenty of work areas for multiple 'chefs' to create delicious family meals. The home also has an elevator, game room with pool table, poker table, and foosball table. Wireless fiber internet access is included. Other items include Wet bar 12 televisions (newly replaced smart TVs in 2019) Fireplace Custom SONOS sound system inside and out The home is custom furnished and decorated in playful island colors and themes. Walking through the home, you are truly transported to a tropical paradise! The living and common areas are bright, spacious, and elegantly but comfortably appointed and furnished with plenty of seating for everyone. Each of the eight bedrooms has a unique feel and there's even a special room for kids dubbed 'the pirate's cove' with built-in bunks and custom play area. Exterior features A private custom HEATED pool and private shower with hot water. The pool is lined with plenty of lounge chairs to bask in the sun. Sit in one of the many rockers to relax and watch the ships go by from one of the many spacious decks all around the house! There is even a top level cupola or look-out to take advantage of the amazing water views. Barbecue and grilling area, private playground with swings and sandbox. And to top it all off, there is a private extra large floating dock with sink. Bring your own boat- (or rent one) and pull it right up to the backyard! Kayaks are provided at no charge for guest's use. Ocean Isle Beach is beautiful in itself but add Happy Hours and it made a very memorable vacation. The home was beautiful, well stocked kitchen and pool/beach necessities and the location was perfect. The park, museum, mini golf, stores, beach were all in walking distance. We had a large group and the house did not disappoint the crowd. I highly recommend this house for your Ocean Isle stay!

Had an amazing experience at this property. My family and I were able to enjoy each other in an amazing space. The elevator allowed my grandmother who is wheelchair bound to be a part of the festivities. The only negative would be in checking out. Check out is at 10am. At 10:04 while we were getting in the truck to leave when we we approached to be informed we needed to leave because other people were coming. It was 10:04….

We had a w wonderful time at this property. We had a total of 19 (including some babies/toddlers) and everyone had plenty of room to relax. Kitchen is stocked, pool and deck are a nice size, house is 2 blocks from the pier, and kayaks and dock were an added bonus. And plenty of covered outdoor deck space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! I highly recommend this house and OIB. Such a quaint beach town.

The house was just the right size. We rented late in the season and the house was not as clean as we expected, but the property manager and owner had someone come out and take care of it.

This is a beautiful facility with comfortable beds and furniture. There are many places to gather both inside and out. The location is an easy walk from beach, shops and playground. The manager is wonderfully responsive. We are a family of avid cooks. The two dish washers and refrigerators were key. Just about any utensil or pot size was available. Some were in rough shape but there were duplicates. Be aware that the captains nook has very narrow beds built into the walls. It was best used for storage or as a last resort. It is not pictured on VRBO. The pool was lovely and supplied with plenty of floats and seating. The best part was definitely working with Alicia. She went above and beyond.

Happy Hour was the perfect location and size for our celebration! The pool was well used along with the beach, community park, and local museums! Mornings and evenings on the porches made for making memories. Lots of music, dancing, conversations and playing games. Canal was the best fishing hole ever! We did have some minor issues - our access code didn't work so we had to use the house manager's code to access the property. The internet was out when we arrived but that was rectified quickly. The other issues were mostly cleanliness items - most of the bathrooms could stand to be updated but in the interim all of the toilet seats and shower curtains need to be replaced. We also had to buy mattress and pillow covers because most beds didn't have them. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the house manager was no help after being notified via call and text that it wasn't working.
Overall the house is nice . There was plenty of room for our large family, the balconies are beautiful and provided a lovely outdoor gathering space, the pool and barbeque areas were a hit as well.

We have been vacationing as a group for 20 years. This was our favorite property. It had so much to offer, the owner was wonderful to work with, and we had such a great week! We loved how close it was to the beach, the kayaks were a hit!, the house was laid out so well. We hope to be back!!

We rented this property at the end of June with our high school friends and their families. It was a perfect house that entertained everyone! The pool was a nice added bonus as we spent a lot of time there after long days at the beach. We could easily walk to everything, and it was the perfect space to just relax, catch up, and enjoy each other's company!! I highly recommend this property...you won't be disappointed!

Happy Hours was PERFECT for our group! 8 adults and 8 kids! Could’ve had another family easily!
Everything about this house was fantastic! From booking, to check in, to convenience. Could not have asked for a better location!! The property manager was very responsive to any issues that came up, which were minimal! I would absolutely book this location again and hope to for next summer if we can make the dates work! OIFC actually picked us up at the dock 2 days in a row. Cheap plug for Captain Jeff too, he found the fish when no one else could!

This house is wonderful. We so enjoyed the tables and chairs on the front porch to share meals and play games. The smoke detectors needed batteries and that was taken care of very quickly. The location is perfect for rentals,shopping, beach and ice cream. A great home with owners who care.

Great family vacation
This house is spacious and has something for everyone. Great location - walk to the beach in just a few minutes, easily walk to putt-putt, shops and restaurants. Pool on the property is awesome. Awesome sunset views from the top level and listen to the Friday concerts right from the outdoor bar. Thanks for helping us make great family memories.

Good house for a large group. Rooms and area are clean, despite the recent storm in the area. Everything we needed was provided, and the house manager was very accommodating and very helpful. We called about the air conditioner in the 2nd floor and they immediately sent help who fixed it in no time. The manager was always available for questions. The guys enjoyed fishing in the pier which was walking distance from the house. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaking and fishing in the back, grilling in the garage area, and the music all over the house. Ocean, grocery, shopping area are very accessible. It was a good short vacation, we wish we'd had stayed longer.

Fabulous House!
This house is amazing - huge, attractively and comfortably furnished, with everything necessary for a great vacation. The washer and dryer, double refrigerators, and double dishwashers were extremely useful for a group of 17 that included three toddlers and four older children. The house is in a superb location, on the water, with a great dock for fishing, next to an excellent local museum with lots of activities for children and also next to a community space with outdoor concerts, movies, and a farmer's market. The house is a short walk to a great beach. We couldn't have found a better house for an extended family beach week! Thanks to the owners!

Everyone enjoyed their stay at this beautiful home.
We invited our friends and family to come down and we all had a wonderful time at this house. There were more than enough rooms and bathrooms. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs game room. We enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen as well as the outside entertaining area. We took advantage of the heated pool and loved sitting out on the decks. We also loved the fact it was so close to the beach and shops. We would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation.
