Situated in Sawgrass, this lovely condo for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This spacious, ground-floor condominium is located in the spectacular, gated, private community of Sawgrass Country Club. Take a virtual tour of our community by going to the Sawgrass Country Club website. Our condominium is located on the famed East Course, number seven Green. Walk, bike, drive the golf cart (rental fee) 880 yards to the Beach Club. We have a gorgeous water to golf to water view. Live comfortably in our 2000 Square foot, Ground Floor, single level condominium. You will find every amenity you would want in your own home. Guest have access to our community swimming pool. We have free wireless internet and a very robust lineup of Xfinity TV channels, including premium. Access to Sawgrass Country Club amenities and facilities is only available by purchasing a temporary membership directly from the club. Call SCC membership office for details. The club has 27 holes of championship golf, tennis and fitness centers, four swimming pools, and a premier, oceanfront Beach Club. One of the few beaches that are dog friendly.. One dog under 19 pounds is allowed with prior approval, a modest fee, and a refundable pet deposit. We had a great stay. Everything was clean and as described and being able to rent the golf cart was a nice bonus. My Mom lives around the corner and we would gladly come back next time we have overflow guests.

Loved our stay. The place was perfect and had everything we needed. Our nightly golf cart rides were so much fun and the pool was crystal clear. So quiet at night. I also loved having a full range of tv channels and not just smart tv which is what most rentals have. Highly recommend staying here

Properties. This one by far has been the best. The condo is spacious and beautiful. We had 6 in our group and plenty of space. The community is magnificent. We loved spending the Fourth of July holiday here and enjoying the beach and pool. Definitely rent the golf cart! It was so helpful! The community is very quiet and absolutely beautiful. The beach access was awesome especially via golf cart! I kept all the sand out of my car.
The condo was super comfortable. Cold AC, well stocked beach supplies, cozy beds and furniture. We will be back!

Definitely rent the golf cart because it’s nice to drive around with the kids at night and look around. The pool is very clean and very fun for the kids. Beach access is very close and has a lot of pretty shells! Worth every penny !

Loved our stay at this property. Everything was very comfortable and in good working order. Enjoyed using our bikes and their golf cart to get to the beach. Would definitely visit again!

This is our second time staying at this home in Sawgrass and we love everything about it! The home is wonderfully located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, close to restaurants, shops,and the beach. The home is equipped with everything you could possibly need-fans, beach equipment, board games- you name it, it’s there! We hope to be able to return again next year!

Wonderful Sawgrass location with lots of space! I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay and the convenience of the beach and pool, especially with the golf cart. The kitchen and master bath could use some updating, but overall it's a very comfortable unit in a beautiful area. The host was helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had.

We enjoyed the large dining table for family gatherings, as well as the high-quality furniture and new-looking rugs and throw pillows in the living areas. This spacious condo is nicely laid out on one level, with the primary bedroom separate from the other two bedrooms.

Vacationed here for family golf trip to Sawgrass and relaxing getaway. Very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed and more. Owner was super responsive, nice and helpful. Will come back!

Our stay at the condo was awesome! We had enough room for our family gathering, all the amenities we could hope for considering we were near the beach and an accommodating host.

Wonderful location, amenities. Fully furnished kitchen with quality appliances and utensils. Spacious and designed for much larger groups than we had. I'd recommend it for two families with several children. Owner couldn't have been more helpful and relaxed. Great couple, great property.

The property was extremely clean. We felt very comfortable. Tom was quick to respond if needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

This unit is large with three good size bedrooms a living room, den, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is dated and probably will need a remodel at some point but it is highly functional. I really like that it has a separate pantry. Finally, I believe the unit is well priced given what it has to offer.

We have stayed at a number of Sawgrass properties and this was by far our favorite! The location is great, the owners are super easy to communicate with, and the home itself is just wonderful! There are plenty of towels, dishes, everything you could need for the beach or pool, board games, you name it! I really can’t think of anything that would’ve made this a better place to stay! We hope to stay again next time we are in Ponte Vedra!

Two Month Rental
My husband and I enjoyed our two month stay
In Tom & Jennifer’s eclectic condo. There were a couple issues that Tom will address in the future. We mistakingly assumed the golf cart was included in the rental price. We were a week late in coming due to a health issue and Tom graciously refunded part of our payment.

What a happy place!
I have been coming to Sawgrass for 15 years to visit my parents who live here. We needed more space this year for a growing extended family so we rented this home for the holidays and an extended winter escape. It’s location in Sawgrass is a short walk to the beach in one direction or a short walk to Publix in the other. Perfect for us! It is decorated in a quirky, fun style and has lots of spacious living space with tall ceilings, bigger living rooms and nice furnishings. The beds are terrific in every bedroom and the bedrooms are very nice sized with big closets and nice TVs and absolutely no street noise. The kitchen came with the most essentials of any place I’ve ever rented such as coffee filters, foil, plastic bags, condiments, dish soap and the like. Too numerous to mention and very generous including an electric outdoor grill. The kitchen was freshened up, efficiency sized and furnishings were a plentiful, nice enough eclectic collection. Great appliances. Bathrooms were clean, modest, appeared to be mostly original and also efficiency sized. This is a downstairs one story apartment which is great for coming and going. There were people living above us. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we never stopped smiling coming home to this place.
