Situated in Stockbridge, this charming house for $340 per night is a great option for your next break. One of a kind must see getaway. Berkshire Glamour meets Hollywood Rennaisance and Town & Country. This well-lit, newly renovated designer home was built for entertaining, family vacations, romantic getaway, and/or an outing with friends and musicians. This home was designed with every detail in mind for a comfortable and decadent getaway. Just minutes away (literally minutes) from Tanglewood, Kripalu, Downtown Lenox, Downtown Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and many other local attractions. You can't beat the location since its central to all the local attractions. The interior of this home was designed to please for every member in your family. On approx 2 acres of land with an open backyard and layout, the main floor has a beautiful living room with a Brooklyn fireplace, velvet couch and a 2 person rocking chair, a formal dining room, a beautiful (and magazine featured) kitchen, breakfast nook full of natural light and dining table, cozy and elegant family room, washer/dryer room, and a guest bathroom with a full shower included. Nearly every room has a chandelier that adds to the charm and elegance of this residence. The 2nd floor, also hard wood floors, includes an art deco guest bathroom with shower and tub, two (2) beautiful guest bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two (2) twin beds designed to be pushed together to make a queen (sheets, comforter, etc all packaged and included), a reading room with a sofa-bed, and an elegant master bedroom with a queen bed, and an enormous bathroom that will make you feel like you're in a spa with a massage tub and two shower-head standing shower. Because we were aiming for this feeling, there are no TVs in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We promise that when you walk into our Berkshire home you'll be impressed with the size, the layout, the natural lighting, the decor, the comfort, and the vicinity to all local Berkshire attractions. Also, linens, towels, spare toiletries, etc are available in the bathrooms. Wireless internet, satellite tv, netflix, and all utilities are included.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home…great communication by host, large fully equipped kitchen (we had everything we needed to cook several elaborate meals), comfortable living spaces with great flow and extremely clean.

My sisters and I haven't been to New England since our mother passed almost 10 years ago. We chose this beautiful and exceedingly comfortable home in Stockbridge, MA as our base of operations to drive into VT and NY States to see fall foliage together. The home was spotless. The instructions were specific and very complete, and we felt very much at home there. In fact, we chose to eat our breakfasts in the house and return there to cook meals together each night. The bedrooms and baths were very well appointed and beautiful and the family/tv room was so cozy we spent hours there each evening watching tv and talking. We are very grateful to Sol & Alexandra for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful Berkshires home.

This house is wonderful. So CLEAN and comfy. Spacious but cozy. Tons of nice towels and linens. Kitchen was great. Everything you could think of/need if you wanted to cook. Bathrooms were very nice( good showers). The owners and property manager were very kind and helpful when we needed help with the tv and security system😆Our only complaint was the weather. We didn’t really get to enjoy the back deck or screened in front porch as we would have liked. Will definitely be a great place when the foliage changes. Close to a nice lake and hiking trails. Enjoyed Stockbridge and Lenox Apple Squeeze even though it was rainy. Had a good meal at Amici.

Beautiful, well appointed home in a great location. This property was more like staying as a guest in someone’s home versus feeling like a rental/investment property. Expansive backyard, plenty of parking. Huge kitchen and dining areas. Lots of little sitting areas to gather or sit alone in a restful setting. The host was very responsive to our messages as needed.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. It was even bigger than we expected, and every detail was thought of by the owner. All was spotless. This allowed us to have a relaxing stay without having to worry about anything. The home has an incredible location to so much of what we wanted to do in the area. Highly recommended. We absolutely look forward to staying here again!

Gave cleanliness a 4 only because front porch needed a thorough cleaning (definitely hasn’t been done this season)…and the back deck needed some attention. Ex. Umbrella should have been up and usable (was too hot to sit outside in sun)…there was a hammock stand but no hammock…couches outside had mold on cushions….there was a fork left on the deck?
Owner—Sol was wonderful to deal with…and I’m sure he will address the minor issues…as he has a cleaning crew come in between guests…
All in all…good experience…

This house was perfect for our girls' getaway. Spacious & clean, with an extremely well stocked kitchen. The only glitch was trying to watch a movie on Netflix one night - we couldn't access it due to " too many people watching". That was a disappointment but we survived! As 71 year old high school friends, we still find lots to talk about after 54 years. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to get together!

This house had it all and was exactly as advertised. The house was very spacious and wonderful for a stay in the Berkshires for a wedding at Tanglewood. We were able to use this as our base for everything~trips to all of the things the local area has to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house in Stockbridge. It is very centrally located near Stockbridge and Lenox and an easy drive to North Adams and Williamstown - all places with museums, gardens, historic houses and good restaurants. The house itself is set on a lovely lot with grass, trees and wildlife (we saw a fox) that gives a country feel to it.
The house itself is very comfortable and tastefully decorated with several seating areas, a big deck and plentiful bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and opens to a bright pleasant dining area. We found everything we needed for a 6 day stay.
This is a house that I would definitely rent again.

We are four childhood friends who rented here to have a relaxing place to catch up for a weekend. Because we planned to spend a lot of time in the house, picking a place was very important to us. This home is spacious, beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could want (and more). Our hosts were very gracious and quickly responded to the one question we had. There is a huge yard with a deck in the back and a screened in porch off the front where we enjoyed morning coffee or some evening wine. The four of us have been renting homes for our weekends for almost 20 years, and this one was our favorite! The area offers a lot to do, but even if you just stay at the house you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend!

My family stayed at this lovely home over the Christmas holiday and could not have been more pleased. We arrived in a blinding storm to a beautiful, clean home with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped (best in the multiple homes we have rented) with a lot of room to spread out. We enjoyed a lovely Christmas morning with the toasty fireplace and had close by family over for Christmas dinner. All of the adults had plenty of areas to talk, watch TV or play some family games. Would definitely recommend this home. Bonus - the driveway was cleared the morning after we arrived which was very much appreciated considering the poor road conditions.

I was asked by owner Sol not to post a review in exchange for a one-night refund. I expected 2-night refund as 2 days were compromised but initially accepted offer so we could move on. It was later communicated that I would only receive the refund after 14 day review period ended and I did not review. Owner claims it is common Vrbo practice but I'm not so sure and left me wondering if they'd asked other unhappy guests not to post. I was put off by this and decided waiting for a refund with no recourse or ability to share my experience was only worth it to me for a full refund. Despite what owner said, I did not "want a free ride" (how charming), instead, I did not want to risk having to battle for a refund that was less than full amount. That's fine if they didn't want to give a full refund or any refund before the review period ended, their choice.
The home's security and smoke detector system went off stating smoke on a Friday afternoon (owner was notified immediately and brushed it off), persisted on Friday night and again on Saturday. It was so loud that we could not safely bring our kids inside. Unexpected things happen in a home and on vacation, this is normal. What is unusual is the owners not having a plan in place for when said exceptions occur, especially when they are made aware of the issue. The owner asked us to start removing smoke detectors while we waited for their property manager to arrive Friday night. I thought removing smoke detectors would be a temporary fix but it was the solution for the rest of our stay. I communicated my concern immediately. We were uncomfortable staying with kids in a house with 5 smoke detectors removed but didn't want to cut our trip short as our friends had just arrived. We did not sleep.
I was surprised the owners were not on call once the alarms started going off, they didn't pick up and took a while to return our calls. Drew called and assured me Sol would call to make it up to us. She did not call. Instead, I called her as a final opportunity for her to manage our disappointment. Guest experience is not a priority and they are not prepared for emergencies. Again, that's their choice but you should know before booking.
TL;DR: if you encounter an issue while staying here, be prepared to do some of the work, get the runaround from owners and compromise your trip. Looks like the pictures, good location and beds are uncomfortable even when you have the peace of mind of adequate smoke detectors.

We (6 sisters) chose this property for a birthday weekend. We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect. Amazingly well stocked kitchen on our arrival so no need to run out and purchase those essentials you always forget, like oil and vinegar. Spacious living space for folks to spread out and very comfortable beds and fresh linens.

This lovely property is a restful, pastoral getaway with a touch of glamor! There are several chandeliers and other decorative items that tastefully add a unique charm to this otherwise comfortable country home. The yard is expansive and very private and gives one a sense of quiet solitude, a truly peaceful escape from the challenges of travel and sightseeing.
Our group was five college friends, all 73 years old, who get together annually in various locations throughout New England. This was our first trip to The Berkshires, and how lucky we were to have found this home! With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a large living area, this rental was perfect for us.
The kitchen is excellent, thoroughly updated and well-stocked with everything one might need, and the adjacent breakfast area is a great gathering spot. We spent a lot of time there lingering over coffee and conversation.
The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. The new master bedroom and bath are exceptional. There are three different sitting areas on the main floor, and we managed to try all three of them as well as the dining area on the back deck!
A great feature of this rental is its location! It is central to all the sights and towns one might visit in the area and is a quick drive from the turnpike. The security system is also a nice feature.
Thank you, Sol, for sharing this terrific home with us. We highly recommend your property to others. There is so much to see and do in The Berkshires, and although we did a lot for 5 energetic gals, there is still more on our list. A return visit may be in the plans for next year!

This property is even more lovely than pictured! Beautifully decorated yet totally comfortable with ample room for relaxation.
The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, dishes and even spices! It is perfectly located to the town of Stockbridge and a short ride to Lenox and local sights. The owner was easy to contact and pleasant to work with. Overall, it was a perfect home for visiting the beautiful Berkshires!

Our 4 days at CasaDel Sol was perfect. We traveled with another couple who are like family. The hubby had a Bday. So the Master BR was perfect for our guest. This property truly has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. We enjoy cooking and travel with supplies because we typically end up buying a decent pan, sharp knife, bake ware or utensils during our stay. That was not the case here. This property has lots of natural light and great lighting as well. Lovely outdoor space. We had to take a few work related Zooms during our stay and there was plenty of room to break away and still be comfortable. Great WiFi.. While there we visited Hilltop Orchard, GB Eats in Barrington (excellent food&service), Rubiners Cheesemongers, all short scenic drives from the property. Sol provided one of the best welcome/ instruction letters. He was also prompt to respond to questions. You will have a charming relaxing stay.
