Located in the exclusive Palm Island enclave 2.5 blocks from world renown Siesta Key Beach on a highly private oversize lot, Siesta Key Heritage House is tucked away in a secure and quiet residential neighborhood, yet close to popular village and beach attractions. This property affords modern luxuries in a home built reminiscent of the early Sarasota Bayfront hotels. Enjoy secluded canal and foliage views from the waterfront pool, jacuzzi and porches. Fish or launch complimentary stand-up paddle boards from your own private dock. Walk to the village or make use of the chef's kitchen stocked with comprehensive cookware and tableware service for 20. Amenities include: Bluetooth speakers inside and out, Flat screen TV, wireless internet, ceiling fans, Five Star professional 6 burner gas cooktop with double ovens, dishwasher, front load clothes washer & dryer, Weber gas grill, fire pit, pool/beach towels, bicycles. Contact owner about optional boat rental – must book prior to stay. PLEASE NOTE: Reservation must follow under the accordance of the Sarasota County code regulations. My family of 6 had a wonderful time at the property. This was our first visit to Siesta Key. The home is very well appointed, and in a fantastic location. It felt quiet and peaceful, but was very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything you could want to do. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. You will not regret staying at this property. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

This house should be a top choice for anyone who wants to visit the Siesta Key area. The house itself is well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Location enabled us to walk to the Siesta Key Village which in my mind is the place to be if you want to enjoy restaurants, shopping and activities. Several of us walked to downtown while the older group took advantage of free local transportation like the trolly and "Johnny's" that transported us for tips only. Uber is also available. I think the Uber charges from the village to the house were $5.00 plus tips.
We were also a short walk to the beach. A wagon was available to transport our (provided) cooler, toys, etc to the beautiful beach.
We took advantage of the canal and the paddleboards and had fun in the canal. Pool toys added to the pool activities. If you see the large blowup alligator, that was our donation. Bikes were also available.
Matthew was extremely responsive to any questions we had.
Overall, the combination of the house, the location, the property management and Siesta Key itself, I cannot imagine a better choice for your family vacation.

The house was gorgeous, the host extremely responsive. Wonderful quiet neighborhood and just overall amazing. We had a great time at this property. Definitely our favorite house we have stayed at!

Great stay on Palm Island
The home was clean, a relatively short walk to both the beach and Siesta Key Village, and had all the amenities we needed to have a great stay. Diane was an excellent host - quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

The house was really clean and equipped with everything needed including paddle boards, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Diana was very helpful and accommodating with all our questions and requests. Would definitely recommend this house for your Siesta Key vacation.

We had a great time with our family at this property. No complaints. What a beautiful home! Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely consider renting here again. The only things I would suggest would be to add TVs into the bedrooms and to heat the pool. With the pool not being heated it really made it unusable in February (maybe charge a little extra per week to heat pool?). We enjoyed the hot tub and back deck though! The extra propane tank for the grill/deck heater was empty so we went and got a refill ourselves. We also appreciated the house cleaning halfway through our 2 week stay. Thank you for a great stay overall!

We even wanted another bike because there were six of us which she accommodated. We loved paddle boarding in canal and biking to town. Close to everything, you can walk to town easily too. Which we did quite a bit. We mostly like the beach when we go to Florida, but pool and whirlpool were so nice we spent two days there by pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome accommodations
Endless space for 2 families. Saw manatees off the deck in back yard canal. Open concept and up to date. Many extras that put the house over the top. Used Frogger transport to get to town. Works well. Beautiful home.
