About this house rental
Situated in Bald Head Island, this attractive house for $650 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy ‘Salty Daze’ on BHI while you frolic on the beach, lounge poolside, or enjoy beautiful evening sunsets as you gaze out over the ocean. Our home is freshly painted, beautifully decorated and outfitted to accommodate one or two families on a relaxing vacation. The wrap-around porches encourage outdoor chats and our screened-in eating area makes for easy meals while enjoying the view. Our convenient location on Snowy Egret Trail (only one block from BHI Club and across from a beach access) makes it easy to zip back and forth from the cottage for a snack or a nap. Enjoy cooking in our large kitchen with granite countertops while chatting with your family and friends in our very open floor plan. Watch your favorite programs on our Smart TV or play a game in the living area. As you enter the first floor of our home you will find an open floor plan with a living area, dining and kitchen areas, a laundry room and a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. Our dining area seats ten and the open kitchen has a breakfast bar which accommodates four. The adjoining outdoor, screened-in porch, can also seat six to enjoy gentle breezes. You can access the second floor of our home via our spacious spiral staircase to reach three more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. You will have some the best views in the house from our master bedroom with a king bed, private balcony and its own bathroom. Children will want to stay in our kids' room boasting a twin over full bunk bed with trundle and real stairs. Their room is equipped with games, a stereo system, and a TV for more indoor entertainment. The final room has another comfy queen bed with French doors to it's balcony. A bathroom with tub is shared between these two rooms. When you head to the beach, either walk across the street or take one of our two golf carts to access other parts of the island. Pack up the cart with our boogie boards and beach toys to spend lots of time on the sand. When you return home, wash off in our convenient outdoor shower and rinse your beach treasures or clean your catch in the outdoor sink. Some may want to take a walk over to the BHI Club to swim in the pool, play tennis, workout, eat at the Peli's snack bar or have dinner at a fine dining restaurant. We also provide Wi-Fi so you can 'surf' the web and have four adult bikes for those who want to bike around the island. (Additional bikes available for rental or you may bring your own). We had a great stay at Andie’s. The house has been recently redone - one of the nicest we’ve stayed. A lot of thought went into making it perfect for families. Fully stocked kitchen supplies - down to the littlest details. Nice golf carts. Location was perfect - close to beach and BH Club. Would absolutely stay there again. Andie usually responded in 30 seconds or less. Highly recommend!

The home was clean, comfortable and fully stocked for our family of 6! Great sunset view and deck for lounging and reading. The screened in porch was our dining locale every night after I easily whipped up food in the kitchen which had everything I needed. The extra amenities like bikes and sand toys kept us busy during our non beach time. The homeowner was responsive and helpful for everything! I highly recommend staying at this property.

This property was perfect! The location is ideal, close to the market, close to the ferry terminal and right down the street from the BHI Club (which was ideal for golfing and the pool for the kids). The property was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, which is always so appreciated. We cooked almost every night we were there. Fantastic property and amazing location. This is the best property we’ve rented in our three trips to BHI. The house is newly remodeled, has an amazing kitchen with all needed items, and has two newer golf carts to use. Communication with the property owner was seamless. We hope we can rent this house again when we return to BHI.

I would recommend this property to families who want a recently interior renovated home close to the beach. The attention to interior detail was evident as the owner clearly put a lot of thought / effort in providing for families.
Luckily we got to the property early on Saturday so the cleaning crew could let us into the home at 4:00. Had we arrived after 4:00 after the cleaning crew left, I’m sure the owner would have found a solution .The previous tenant had not left us a key in the lockbox. Prior to 4:00, we had use of the golf carts. We did get a key on Monday. Thankfully Bald Head Island seems relatively safe as far as vacation spots go.
The owner was really good about keeping in touch, letting us know about storm activity and temporary water shortage that affected much of the island.
The cleaning crew was fantastic, not only providing access, but also getting the place ready for us. I do believe we left the place in easy to clean condition after our stay which fact they appreciated.

We loved staying at “Seas the Day” for our beach vacation! The interior of the home is very clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We gladly spent the first moments of each day sipping coffee in the kitchen and the last moments sipping wine on the porch. We loved the open floor plan between the kitchen & living space as it made it super easy to all be together while a few of us were preparing dinner. The couch was also a super comfortable place to hunker down for a movie, and it easily fit our family of 6 adults. The location of the house was very central to everything on the island, and it was very quick to hop up to the Sandpiper for a coffee or over to the Market for groceries. We could easily walk to the beach access across the street, or take the included golf carts to explore other parts of the island. It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a week of rest together!

Beautifully updated house with views of the golf course and the ocean. Plenty of room for a few families and tons of amenities. Highly recommend anyone looking for a getaway to BHI to check out Seas the Day. Andie was a great communicator and very helpful throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had 4 adults and 5 kids in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is perfect! Close to a number of beach access points and just down the road from the BHI club. The house had everything we needed for cooking meals- even a table big enough for all of us to eat together! It was also a nice bonus to not have to bring towels and chairs for the beach. The owner, Andie, even made our tram reservations for us. Everything had been thought out and explained in detail, which was much appreciated as we were first timers to the island. We’ll definitely be back.
