About this cabin rental

In response to Covid we clean the following between each check in: light switches, remotes, faucet handles, handles to dishwasher, lamp switches, door knobs, sheets (as always, along with comforters), grill knobs, and cabinet doors.
Responsible adults, age 25 and over, are able to book. Registered guests only.
Check in is from 3:00pm and afterwards, check out is 11:00 am SHARP. There is a $50 fee for late checkout.
Come escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Cabin 6 Retreat. We are a father/daughter team offering visitors a beautiful stay in the Hocking Hills area away from the typical tourist traffic. Cabin 6 Retreat is nestled among the hills featuring breathtaking views as well as the opportunity to watch deer nibble on corn that is scattered beneath the trees. This beautiful property boasts a star gazing deck with fire pit, 2 tiered deck with hot tub, grill, numerous bird feeders, all hickory flooring and cabinetry, new memory foam mattress and more. Cabin 6 Retreat offers one bedroom and sleeps 2. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, bedding, towels, toiletries, condiments, trash bags, foil, paper towels are all included. The only thing you need to bring is your own firewood. Use our telescope on the deck to view the stars at night as you unwind.
If you want to be near the Hocking Hills but not necessarily near all of the tourist traffic, this is definitely the place for you. Cabin 6 Retreat is 6 miles from Clearcreek Metro Park, 11 miles from Hocking Hills Flea Market, 9 miles from Cantwell Cliffs, and 22 miles from Old Man's cave.

This property is attached to the owner's home, but he has done a lot of work to give Cabin 6 Retreat its own space. A 500 ft. driveway was put in so that guests have their own access to the cabin without using the main dwelling's driveway. The homeowner typically stays at his other property.
We require a $200 refundable deposit. Deposit will NOT be refunded in the event of damages, unregistered guests, and smoking indoors.

What a wonderful retreat! View was incredible, and the hot tub was the nicest I’ve ever used. It had these deep seats with great jet placement We hiked and then melted into the hot tub at night. Perfect place to unplug. Mike and Sara were attentive hosts and everything was clean and worked great

We had a very nice stay for our anniversary. The cabin was clean, instructions were clear and the overall experience was fantastic. We did not realize at booking that this cabin is part of a larger home. Nobody was occupying the other part of the home as we could tell during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection. The cabin was very welcoming, clean and cozy. The rocking chairs on the deck looking out were phenomenal. An all around great place and would definitely stay there again.
