Once at the beach you'll have the soft white sugar sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf at your toes. The luxurious master bedroom boasts a new decorated beach retreat with a king size bed and new mattress. The tropical inspired all wood furniture and closet have plenty of room to host all your clothes. There is also a 32” high definition LED TV and a large ceiling fan for your enjoyment. The espresso colored 2 panel doors and louvered bifolds add to the tropical feel of this unit. The sleek bathroom has a large vanity and sink, luxury towel sets, a large bathtub and a ADA height commode. This new larger kitchen exudes cleanliness and a modern style with the addition of all new shaker style cabinetry with soft close doors and drawers, Quartz counter tops, high end glass backsplash, new waterproof plank floor, new LED kitchen lighting, newer stainless steel appliances consisting of a french door refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker as well as all the accoutrements one could want. The breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab something quick to eat or you can enjoy more intimate dining at the dining table. There are two additional chairs to seat any additional guests at the table, if needed. Gather and relax in the living room to watch the 55 inch high definition LED TV. Also enjoy the look of the new shiplap on the walls and taller living room lamps to provide ample lighting while reading your favorite book. We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Phil was quick to answer messages right away and plus he could be reached 24 hours a day. This condo was right on the ocean the beach was right behind the condo. I always look for free beach service and he has it and the crew that runs the beach service were awesome. The condo was very clean and up to date on appliances. I would definitely stat here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised! Phill was very responsive and communicated well with me. It was very clean and organized. The location was close enough to walk to the jetty on the beach or just relax in the chairs that were provided. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The condo was well managed. Our family really enjoyed the beach with the provided chairs and umbrella service. We had great views of the firework shows from our balcony overlooking the bay. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our first VRBO experience. Normally we use another company. We wanted a place right on the beach with an umbrella and chairs included. Jetty east was perfect.
Pros: super clean, comfy bed, nice towels, amazing water pressure in the shower, cold AC, great ceiling fans, perfect sunset views and fireworks from the balcony. Close to everything (target, grocery, restaurants). Overall pretty quiet despite some noisy kids. Pool was great since the ocean was terrible when we stayed. Parking was easy! We felt extremely comfortable, safe and would stay again!
We loved Boshamps for lunch and Louisiana Lagniappe for a nice dinner. If you like craft beer check out the Growler Garage.
Cons: Broken eleveator. The whole week it was under construction by our place. Nothing we can do, totally out of the hands of our property manager. We get it, just be prepared for very slow elevators and long waits as we heard from guests this is a common issue. The stairs were fine if we didnt have to haul anything.
Bedroom is quite bright from the lights outside the unit at night when trying to sleep. Even with the blinds it felt people could see in. Highly recommend some black out shades to feel more comfortable.

The balcony is perfect for watching the boats leave the harbor, crab island, military fly overs, the lake, and fireworks. Everything is well thought of and made my stay easy and worry free. They even provide shopping carts for unloading groceries and luggage. The elevator is right around the corner and you can’t hear any hallway noise. The complex is well maintained and the pool/hot tub are a perfect temperature. The pavilion had live music three nights a week. It’s relaxing to sit by the beach in the evening and listen to the music. The walk to the Jetties is great to watch fishermen and sit near the rocks. The beach sand is quartz and doesn’t get hot and burn your feet. Huge plus! The ocean water is Caribbean clear and fish swim around you. I spotted dolphins multiple times a day. This place is beautiful and I highly recommend. I can’t wait to return.

Property was just as it was described. Phil did an excellent job of providing everything that you would need at this property. Condo was decorated very appropriately and it is evident that he takes great pride in ensuring his guests have a great experience! We will be back!!!

I’d like to start off that Philip was super helpful and responsive when booking our trip. He made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and throughout our entire stay. The welcome book had all of the details of the rental, as well as recommendations for restaurants and shops.
The view from the balcony was phenomenal. We will definitely miss waking up to that everyday! The condo was very clean and equipped. The bed was super comfortable, this mama finally caught up to her much needed sleep. The boardwalk to the beach was super close to our elevator. The staff at the gate was super friendly.
The location was key! Just a short drive or $11 uber to all of the amazing restaurants and boardwalk, we spent most of our time there. We rented a tiki bar to crab island. Best way to get there for a couple, in our opinion. Destin was just stunning. This time of year the water is a little chilly, but that didn’t stop us.
Overall, we had the perfect honeymoon! We will definitely stay at Philips condo in the future! Thank you!

This was our first trip to Destin.This beautiful condo was perfect for the two of us from the super comfy huge bed to the thick plush bath towels, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer added for convenience. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony and seeing the beautiful views. This condo has everything you need! So conveniently located to everything! Elevator, parking lot, pool, beach.We enjoyed the heated pool, and the beach service was an added plus! The young guys setting up the chairs were very polite and helpful! Thank you Phil for your great communication! Everything about our stay was perfect!

Visited Destin with my wife and youngest daughter. Was a great fit for our family as our 3 oldest daughters are in college or just out of college. Was a great area and we enjoyed the heated pool and played pickle ball every day. We could see the dolphins from the shoreline and even got a little time in the gulf despite a late march stay. Would stay again but we try to go to a different place every year. :)

It wouldn’t have been as big a deal if we rented a car, but that didn’t make financial sense just so we had a place to put our luggage between flight and checkin. Beach service seemed to be ran by young men (maybe 15-20) who rolled eyes and acted like it was a hassle to find chairs for us a couple of the days, some days were just fine. Days after leaving, we were told we broke something at the property when I have photos of the date and time we left proving we did not. I’ve disputed with my bank, but still a hassle. I’ll go directly through the hotel next time, as the staff were amazing even though we weren’t their guest. The location is beautiful as well, and the pool and grill area were fun for the kids. They did the math for me and I could have saved money AND checked in whenever I wanted had I gone directly through them.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was perfect. Beautiful view from the balcony and just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and I am currently looking at dates for next year.

The hosts, the Accardi's, were welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Great location with easy access to everything we needed. Cannot wait to return!
