Situated in South Padre Island, this lovely condo for $425 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Permit #2017-953660 Sunrise and Sunset from our peaceful 3rd floor condo! Welcome to our little piece of paradise on sunny South Padre Island. Our beach front home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. As soon as you enter the condo you are greeted by the lovely blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and admire the breathtaking views from the open concept living area or listen to the soothing sound of the waves from our huge, private, corner balcony. The master bedroom suite with private bathroom allows you to enjoy floor to ceiling ocean views from your king size bed. Our first guest bedroom provides a queen sized bed and a small private balcony. Another large guest bedroom provides two queen sized beds and a lovely guest bathroom adjacent to it. The living area, as well as all three bedrooms, are equipped with wall mounted, flat screen televisions. There is an additional bar area with a small beverage refrigerator and we have a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable television, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, hot tub, 2 pools, exercise room, palapa area and gated parking are available for your enjoyment.

My grandson was turning nine and my son-in-law was turning 50. We stayed in this condo and absolutely loved it! It is so nice and they have everything you would need. We definitely plan on going back as often as possible. It looks just like the pictures. That location is perfect. You can sit on the balcony and just watch the ocean and all that’s going on. We used to go to Orange Beach but now that we have found this condo we don’t need to do that. It is suitable for all ages, and we even took our small maltipoo dog. I highly recommend this condo. can’t wait till we can go back.

The property is nicely decorated and well equipped. Dusting of the fans and light fixtures would be well worth it as 3 of the family members had problems with allergies.

This home was everything advertised and more. It is beautifully decorated and laid out with all the comforts of home. We had a total of 8(adults) people and this was the best stay at SPI. This condo was so well stocked and had enough space. Having a washer and dryer and great internet was a game changer. My kids asked to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay.

This condo was perfect for our family during our stay in SPI. The kitchen was perfect to make meals and spend time with each other after a fun day on the beach. The view of the beach from the living room and patio was amazing. We loved staying here and hope to book again soon. Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time in SPI and the condo rental was perfect for our needs. We stayed 6 nights with 7 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. Perfect location, perfect view, spacious, close to the beach, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The condo and grounds are very clean and the dog area was very convenient. We had 3 vehicles so I thought parking might be a bit tricky, since only 1 vehicle is allowed in the gated parking. But we had no issues finding additional parking, since there are ample spaces available right outside the gate. We spent a lot of time on the balcony because of the breaktaking views, and because it always had such a nice breeze wafting through, no matter the time of day. Our hosts, Mike and Carolyn were easy to communicate with and responded almost immediately to any inquiries we had. This rental definitely made our vacation...so much so, we didn't want to leave!

Breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. Everything was as it was represented. Views are absolutely great. Condo was clean and decorated perfectly. Kitchen stocked as advertised, but this was not a cook in the condo trip. We had decided to make it a real vacay and try all the restaurants, and boy do they have some good ones. So definitely a 5 out of 5 star condo and trip. The hosts were wonderful and replied to all my questions before we took the trip. The lady at the office was attentive and nice. Can't say enough good things and nothing negative. I could say more, but just go see for yourself.

Top notch! Communication was on point every step of the way, extremely clean, perfect area right in the middle of the island, the outside private patio is amazing for sunrises. I could go on and on. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Exactly what we were looking for. The condo was just as advertised, clean, Wi-Fi, fantastic view, fantastic location (grocery store and ice cream 😁 only 1 block away) and as easy beach access as you can ask for. Communication was timely and friendly. Would for sure stay again if we come come back down sometime.

This condo turned out to be the perfect high-end place for our family reunion. The furnishings and amenities are top-notch and everything we could have wished for. The balcony overlooking the pool, hot tube and beach was perfect for relaxing. Owners Mark and Carolyn were gracious and helpful. Our only small glitch was getting our parking permits and wristband from the manager of the complex, as no one seemed to be manning the complex office. But that was rectified by a helpful maintenance person who made some calls for us. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to enjoy an amazing vacation experience.

My family of four stayed with our friends (another family of four) for three nights at this lovely condo with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Although it was cool and misty a lot of the time we were there - it was a great trip. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. It really was a special vacation. We brought our two dogs and the doggy relief area is just three flights down and around the corner so that was convenient. Hosts were very accommodating and answered all questions we had about local area. Great time. Will stay again. Thank you!

Our group was wonderfully happy here. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, the owners were very attentive. We had a maintenance issue that was quickly addressed. There were thoughtful details throughout that made our stay very comfortablle. We’ll be back!

We had the best time. This condo is the perfect location. Great sunrise oceanfront view + right near the dog relief part of the condo which was super convenient. The condo had everything we needed and owners were very responsive when we had one small issue arise. The furnishings are really nice and the condo was a perfect fit for 6 adults.

Beautiful beach front, large balcony, and great location. Everything was just as pictured. And to our surprise we were able to view one of the fireworks shows from the balcony. My 1.5 yr old nephew loved it! Hosts were highly responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great family vacay and would love to stay here again.
