This unit is beautifully furnished, freshly painted and very inviting offering 2 master suites (both with en-suite bathrooms) and a spacious third bedroom. This condo is in a secluded community close to Mercato and local beaches and is just steps away from the community pool and fitness room.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for two months. The unit is quite spacious and has a good view of the lake.
One critique would be the appliances could do with updating.

Hurricane Ian changed our original plans to stay near Fort Myers beach, but luckily we found this lovely spot in Naples. The location was perfect and we stayed for the whole month of April. Our son, his wife and two grandkids visited us for one week while on spring break. The condo has plenty of room to sleep six. Our daughter surprised us and flew-in from Chicago for a few days. The garage contained plenty of beach equipment to enjoy. The large screened-in patio faced east; so you got the morning sun, but the cool shade by mid-day. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again.

I’m giving this property for stars because it was not very well stocked with necessities. There were quite a few things that we found were missing. I have let Kristen know, but because it is a more upscale property that has not been fully renovated, it really should have more every day items available to renters.
