Condo is in a great location. Quick walk to the beach. Richie was helpful during check in and showed us around the condo and the terrace. The condo had all the amenities we needed. If you rent this condo, please bring your own soap and shampoo. I would recommend Oceania!!

Amazing property and amazing property owner. This condo is steps from the amazing Caribbean Sea and the pictures don’t do the view justice. Everything was exactly how it was listed. Michael, the property owner, was fabulous to work with. He was very helpful and always responsive. This was our first trip to Aruba and we will be back!

As I sit here in the airport with the tear in my eye, couldn’t have been any better. The most equipped place we’ve ever stayed at. Great communication. Great location lol. You can’t go wrong here. We’re already planning our next trip back. Far enough from the tourist area but close enough to the thick of things. The upstairs on the roof is an added bonus. We were up there every evening.

We loved the condo! Gorgeous views and well equipped kitchen. I would recommend the owner consider buying a gas grill for the rooftop deck. Beautiful sunsets!

We had an incredible stay at the Oceania. The condo we perfect for what we needed and the location directly in front of Eagle beach was perfect. The condo was very well equipped and the wifi worked great. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. The hot tub on the roof was a nice surprise and the views from up there were tremendous. My family is already planning a return trip to Aruba and would love to stay here again

The condo was perfect!!! The views from the upper deck and balcony are beautiful!! The location on Eagle Beach was perfect and the beach was beautiful! Clean condo, all the necessary accommodations (paper products, beach chairs, cooler etc.), and great communication with owner and property manager. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend the condo to others. It was only a short walk to some restaurants and convenience stores and and a short drive to the busier hotel rise area and other great locations! Aruba is wonderful!!!!

We had a fantastic time in Aruba and staying here was a big part of it. Wonderful views, short walk to pool and beach. We jet skiied, went on banana boats on the beach and were thankful for things provided such as beach chairs. Grocery store is a few minutes drive as are plenty of restaurants. We loved the Donkey Sanctuary, the Aloe Farm as well as the day spent at De Palm Island. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we come back to Aruba. With two teens space is important and with the upstairs patio, we had the room to relax without being on top of each other. Thank you!!

We just returned from an amazing trip. The condo is everything you would need and more. The beds were very comfortable , like home! Michael was great, answered all of my questions. Richie took care of us upon check in and check out. He even got a jeep to rent for the day. . The condo is so spacious and the rooftop is amazing. The sunset views were beautiful and we loved the hot tub. The complex is so safe and clean and on the best beach in the Caribbean. Oceania has the best view compared to other resorts nearby and the shortest walk to the beach. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance or less than a five minute drive. I recommend bringing snorkel gear and renting a car, drive to tres trapi just north of the high rise section and snorkel- we saw sea turtles!! We did a self jeep tour for the day and it was so fun going at our own pace to see the natural pools, bridge and caves We loved pizza bobs, Moombas and TOF. Superfoods grocery store is five minutes away too. Thanks again Michael- we will definitely stay here if we travel to Aruba again! I would rate it more than five stars if I could!

This place was fantastic! Super clean, spacious, and an incredible rooftop that was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. The location on Eagle Beach was close to shops, restaurants, and other beaches. Michael was extremely responsive to all of our messages, and Richie, the property manager, gave us a great tour and wonderful restaurant recommendations (Red Fish is 3 mins away and delicious!) Resort staff was always friendly and the resort was quiet at night. It really was the perfect choice for our family, traveling with a 15 year old. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed so much our stay at Michael's condo apartment in Eagle Beach, condo was very spacios very well equiped with everything we needed. Michael was very responsive, the check in procces was very well coordinated. Location is great, nice & quiet, near the beach restaurants & shopping, the views from the condo were just beautiful, watching the sunsets from the balcony or terrace was a special treat. We were all so pleased we would definently go back again. Thank you Michael for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!!

Great view of the ocean and pool. Very responsive owner. TV in second bedroom didn’t work and Michael had someone show up within the hour with a new tv. Would stay here again.

For us, the responsiveness of our host, the quality of the unit, its perfect location, and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the property were paramount. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. Michael's rental will be our first choice when we travel to Aruba again.

Yes, this is another 5 star review of which they get consistently with good reason. As mentioned previously, the photos do not do it justice. The condo is spacious, clean and meticulously stocked. Communications with Michael were impeccable and Richi is simply outstanding, as he is the one you interact with while there. Anything you need he shall provide. Last, the rooftop with seating and hot tub just add to the perfection of the beautiful vista of Eagle beach with great restaurants within walking distance. Welcome to paradise and I do thank our gracious hosts. Yes, we shall be back.

The property was very nice and exactly like the pictures on vrbo. Eagle beach is a very short walk from the unit. The roof deck is awesome with great views and your own private hot-tub. Nice balcony on the same floor with ocean views and that was our morning coffee spot. The location is convenient to get to down town or Northern beaches. Everything seemed close. Great place that is fair priced and we would stay there again on our next visit to Aruba. We loved the place.

Our new favorite place...Aruba! This condo was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with all the essentials; towels, paper products, cleaning products and beach chairs. The most impressive thing about this condo is the private rooftop terrace with a hot tub. If it rains, there is even a covered area up top. The views from the balcony and the rooftop are gorgeous! Richi was very helpful with everything we needed.
Eagle Beach is right across the street and it is everything you read about. White sand and beautiful water. There are so many great restaurants within walking distance. We did not rent a car but mainly walked. When we went farther we took taxi's, the bus and used the scooters to get around.
This was our first time to Aruba, we are so impressed with this condo and the welcoming people there we are already trying to plan another trip. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this condo.

This place was amazing. The pictures online are very accurate but some don’t do it justice. We loved the proximity to the beach, pools, grocery store. We also appreciated the fact that some simple grocery items (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soaps, garbage bags) were included.

We loved our stay at Michael's property! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was bigger than it looked online. We were pleasantly surprised! Also, unlike many other properties, we had everything we needed (paper products, kitchen items, laundry detergent). The roof area is huge! We could watch the sunset in the evening and the sunrise in the morning from the roof. Check-in/check-out with Richie was very easy. I communicated with Michael a number of times before our trip, and he was always quick to respond and helpful. When we return to Aruba, we will certainly book this property again.

Everything was great! Condo was clean, had everything you could need in the kitchen, bath and also plenty of beach chairs, cooler, etc. The rooftop terrace is very large and the views were incredible. There is a hot tub on the terrace as well. We personally did not use it as we are very much on the go and out of the condo type of vacationers so we just did not have time. Check-in with Richi was smooth and no issues. We like the quieter, low rise area as opposed to the busier high rise area. Eagle Beach, which is in front of Oceania, is much larger and wider than in the high rise district at Palm Beach. Much less crowded as well - we had tons of personal space around us and it is a very short walk just across the street. We hit the grocery store and did easy breakfasts and lunch in the condo. Ate dinner out every night and had some fantastic food, Anno 1887 downtown was our favorite finer dining restaurant; however, we also ate at Water's Edge, Passions, Barefoot, Omakase Sushi and all were good. We did rent a car just for ease of grocery trips, excursions (snorkel trip), and one day we explored the island and visited the Donkey Sanctuary, Arikok National Park and Baby Beach - all were great. If we find ourselves in Aruba again we would rent P515 in the future! We like to go a lot of different places to see the world so it would be the only reason we may not be back for a few years. You can't go wrong - we were only a couple but there was plenty of room for a family with the 2 BR's and 2 Baths and ample living space.

This property was a slice of heaven. The grounds are clean, safe and secure. The unit is large and clean. The rooftop deck and spa are the icing on the cake, the views of sunsets and sunrises are awe inspiring. Michael's communication was great and quick, don't be afraid to ask any questions, he'll get you an answer ASAP. We are already planning to return next year if you'll have us! Can't say enough about our stay, Micheal, Mario or the Island itself!

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was close enough to the night life to get there within minutes, but far enough away that it wasn’t overcrowded. Also, the view of the sunset from the roof was so beautiful!

Great week right on the beach. Property was clean, pools were never crowded and no need for palapas! There are great shady trees right on the beach which was never crowded. Everything you need is right there! Thanks for a great stay!

High speed internet. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive from the property. The property is gated and guarded - we always felt very secure. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk past the pool, across the bike walking trail, and there is the magnificent white sand and turquoise water. We would definitely return. Michael the property owner is always available for questions. Terrific vacation and Aruba removed the Covid-19 test requirements so that was a blessing.

Just perfect!
This condo was such a comfortable place to call home base for our vacation. Eagle Beach is beautiful and we were within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, spas and happy hours. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook dinner in a couple of nights. Having the pool when the beach was too windy was a great option. Communication with the owner and his island representative was great. I hope to be back in the future!

All rooms were perfect. Tons of storage. Views were spectacular!
Loved that we did not have to buy toilet paper, paper towels and detergent!! Plenty of beach towels.
The rooftop was a perfect hangout in the evenings with the beautiful Aruba breeze.
Pools were clean and refreshing.
The only issue (and it's a me thing) was not being able to remember the codes to get in the condo and in/out the gate!

All the prior 5-star reviews are accurate. This is a great unit. It's in a relatively quiet area of Aruba (though only a few minute drive to the louder areas near the casinos) but close to everything of interest. Great view of the beautiful beach and sunsets right out the window or on the patio. Grounds were clean and well kept with multiple pools. Good security. Groceries just a few minutes away. Best snorkeling spots are closeby, with Mangel Halto (the furthest good spot) about a 20 minute drive, and closer spots between Malmok and Arashi beaches (which is more like one long beach). Mangel is best, but you'll have to fight the current so experienced snorkelers and good swimmers only. The others are easy. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. It's a top floor unit, so no stomping stounds from higher units, and the unit has a rooftop patio with a hot tub. Excellent place to chill.
Check in was smooth. Richi came right over to let us in. We had an issue with the stove, and it was fixed that day. The management of the facility is excellent. Good communication with both Richi and the owner.
By the way, Richi also rents Jeeps (and probably other things). I highly recommend renting a Jeep and driving the east coast and entering the national park. Richi brought the Jeep to the Oceania, so zero hassle. We made it to the swimming hole in the park (you'll need a Jeep) and its worth the trip; actually had it for 15 minutes to ourselves. You can do the tours, but you're on their schedule not your own.
I would not hesitate to rent this unit again or recommend it to others.

Great Family Condo
Michael's condo is the perfect location to enjoy your time in Aruba. Beautiful views of the pool from the balcony. The condo is spacious for families to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need. We found the beach access perfect as it was not as crowded as some of the other areas further down. We rented a car so that we could easily go out to eat, visit the nearby SuperFoods for groceries, and sight see.

Everything from start to finish was seamless. The location of Oceania can't be beat. We rented a car and everything was less than 10 minutes. The views from this unit are incomparable. Everything we needed was provided bar shampoo! The PERFECT stay and we will be back!!
