This spacious villa has amazing views of the lagoon and 18th fairway of Sea Palms Resort Golf Course. A perfect get-away whether you are planning a family vacation, romantic weekend or a golfing adventure. Without ever leaving the island, you will find a wide range of activities to fill your days and nights. The Pier Village is a short drive and offers shopping and dining as well as bike and kayak rentals. Only a half mile south of the Pier Village you will find the Coast Guard Station/East Beach Access. This is a favorite destination for locals and visitors alike.

This property is so easy....the layout is nice that you can be together or have your own space. Perfect location to the pool, for biking and getting around the island. Great community with helpful, nice people.

The views were amazing and interior exactly as pictured. Nice neighbors and pet friendly. Walkable, scenic neighborhood. Although it was a little chilly my grandkids enjoyed the pool. We had 3 adults and 2 children and everyone had their own space. Alisha was very responsive to any concerns. The inside renovations were nicely done. It is an older villa so there is outside wear and older kitchen appliances. That being said, the kitchen was well equipped and everything worked well. Very peaceful views overlooking the lagoon and golf course. I would stay again.

This property is located right on the 18th tee box of Sea Palm golf course. The location is awesome. The condo and it’s furnishings are very dated. It is well supplied with plenty of cook ware and linens. If our wives would have been with us they would’ve been complaining constantly about this place. Since it was just guys……we were content. It’s just tired!
