THE WORST OF THE WORST.

Close to the center.

This was our worst experience ever. As the check in was at 15:00, we agreed with the host a day before to check in between 17:00 and 18:00. On the day we arrived, the host contacted us about the time, and we asked is it okay to be there at 16:30. He agreed and said just to write an hour before. We wrote at 15:30 that we will be there at 16:30, he said that he’ll be there. In the meantime, I wrote to me that he had a flat tire, but that he’ll be on time, maybe 10 minutes late. He got there at 18:10, not from the street, but from the building, and a woman was already in the apartment. He said that she is his girlfriend. So, obviously, he lied, he didn’t have a flat tire. They were probably preparing the apartment. The smell was terrible, you could feel that they were smoking in there, and there was cigar ash in the sink. The table and the shower were broken. There was also men’s hair in the shower. The sink drain was clogged. There was same wet clothes in the washing machine. As the entrance door of the apartment is very weak, old and wooden with glass squares, tee of the squares were broken (one in the center of the door and one beside the door handle. Instead of glass there was cardboard. Someone obviously tried to break in before. The door had bars. Please note that only our door had them. The building was a disaster. Piss and trash were everywhere, even in the elevator. We had people knocking at our door every 15 minutes, even at 2 o’clock in the morning. Some guy at 2 am was knocking so hard, he even he pushed the cardboard and peered into the apartment. The whole building was full of suspicious and promiscuous people. We were telling the host everything as it was happening, but he said that he cannot do anything about it. Of course that we decided to leave and wanted our money back, but he didn’t want to give us our money, because he said that he doesn’t have it (we properly paid in advance). Also, there is no free garage.

Lovely place but process could be smoother

The location is fantastic, near multiple metros and good restaurants. The room is big and nice.

Checking in and checking out was quite problematic. I'd prefer if he told us the address to the parking in advance. As it was, I had to park temporarily illegally on the street so he could show me the room before telling me how the parking works. I don't see why that information couldn't have been shared in advance so I can park correctly straight away.

There is no free garage

Avoid this place! The name “FREE GARAGE!!” is a complete scam. There is no free garage. The host instructed us to park in a paid lot, promising to cover the cost. When we left, he invented an excuse (a flat tire) and told us to pay, promising to send the money later. We are still waiting. The host kept lying about having trouble with online payment. This is not just poor service — it is dishonest and misleading. The apartment is fine, but it doesn’t matter when the host tricks guests and fails to keep his promises. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.

Good location, poor cleaning and worn apartment

Friendly landlord and good location, free parking

Dirty, very strong and bad smell in the apartment, coming from bathroom drain and kitchen sink. Hair from previous guests in the bathroom, dusty corners, rusty bathroom equipment. Kitchen was not in good conditions and fridge very smelly. We booked hoping it would be a great stay as it seems like cleanliness was mentioned to be top on previous reviews, but our experience was not good at all. Also very cold in the apartment during the night, heating is done through the AC which is noisy to sleep with.
