We have one of the biggest pools and nicest resorts here in Panama City Beach. The unit comes with a spectacular balcony facing the beach with views of the ocean and pool. Wake up in the mornings in a magnificent master bedroom facing the ocean, with a en-suite master bath. The second bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a bunkroom with an attached 1/2 bathroom, great for the kids or young adults. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances with 9 foot ceilings and tile through out (except the bedrooms,) the over 1000 square feet of living space. You can even enjoy the view while cooking up something to eat in the kitchen. Walk to the living room, sit down and enjoy the ocean view or relax on the sleeper sofa. Then step out to the balcony, sit back and enjoy the view and listen to the waves of the beautiful ocean. After, go out and enjoy dinner with many great restaurants in the area, or eat at home and enjoy watching TV with our Free HBO, or streamline your favorite Netflix movies on our smart TV’s. We also upgraded the High Speed internet boasting speeds up to 600 Mbps. Unlike other condo’s There are no Hidden Fees. This unit is located on the 10th floor and it comes with its own dedicated parking space, which is also on the 10th floor. Unlike other condos where trucking luggage back and forth can be a pain. This unit has a reserve spot very close to the unit, so checking in and out is easy. Everything you need is in the unit, including a full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer for you convenience. There is 24 hour gated security with one of the largest pools on the strip, as well as a tiki bars, food and convenience store all located on the property.

Great location on beach with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Our stay was during December so we did not use the pool, but did enjoy the hot tub and made use of the workout room. JoAnn was very responsive and accommodating.

There was a few issues with the cleaning but owners were on top of it and offered for cleaning person to come back the next morning. Over all great owners and amazing location we will definitely use them again if and when we come back to panama beach!

Beautiful condo with an amazing property owner. I've stayed at a lot of condos all over, and out of all of them this property owner was the most responsive and helpful. There were 0 issues - I just had questions that she promptly answered. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and the condo was clean and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!

We loved it. Enjoyed the beach and the pool area. We liked that we could walk across the road to Walmart as we needed things. Accessibility to food and souvenirs was all within walking distance. Only thing that needed attention, the dishwasher in our room kept leaving black spots on the dishes and the coffee maker didn't work real well. But, those are definitely not things to keep us from coming back. We lived the stay and will rebook when we come back to Panama

I’ve never really thought I was a neat freak or ocd about being in clean places… BUT here are a few things that caught my eye within the first 10 minutes of being there:
1. Dirt built up around the floor corner & dingy baseboards
2. Stains on the couch
3. Bedroom doors were so dirty that they had black marks all over them (as if they’d never ever been wiped down)
4. Long dark hairs in the bathtub and on the bathroom floor (I’m a blonde lol)
5. The bathtub stopper was unattached and sitting next to the tub
6. Let’s not forget the the entire shower glass door in the closet which made it difficult to hang our clothes up.
7. When my baby was crawling on the tile floor, I picked her up to find her little knees where BLACK. So I had to use kitchen towels & dawn dish soap to clean the floors… cause that’s just disgusting.
Overall, I’m pretty disappointed in how filthy the condo was. Like I said, I noticed all those things within minutes of arriving and even had to mop the living room floor after driving 9 hours. It made me really question if the sheets and towels were even washed before us? Yuck!!!
On a brighter note, it was nice having such great security throughout the complex and parking garage. Made my family and I feel safe. The employees were usually pretty friendly.. usually.

My family of 5 states during spring break 2023. Property was as described. Great communication with owner , very fast response. Beautiful ocean view that overlooked the pool.
We loved how the property has 24/7 security at every entrance and at every gate.

We found the property everything we could have wanted and more!!! Sat on the balcony in the sun everyday watched the sunset then meandered downstairs and spent a few hours in the hot tub. It was great. We also walked next door to the crazy pineapple restaurant and ate ribs. Also great. Although the parking does have you going round and round. The space was easy to find and it was also easy to find parking for our second vehicle. We will defiantly try to get back to this unit and maybe take the grandkids Once we learned the tv it was great. The grandkids would have had that up and running in seconds. The internet was a little sluggish in the evenings

The master bedroom was very cozy and had a beautiful view of the ocean right from the bed, the guest bedroom was very cozy as well and the bed in there was soooo soft! The bathroom in the guest bedroom was nicer than the one in the master in my opinion but they were both nice!! The bunk room was great too! It was stocked with everything we needed and even had some toys that my son loved playing with! So glad we chose this condo and have already contacted about staying again next year!

Scotch tape on cabinets, loose knob on bunk bed(safety issue), toilet fixture missing, loud noise intermittently in front bedroom, pans were disgusting, keurig very loud, tv in living room not configured properly. Found bottle of alcohol above refrigerator.

JoAnn was absolutely phenomenal!! She was extremely timely with responding to questions, even after 10:30 at night. The condo was perfect! Clean, convenient, and we loved avoiding the whole check-in process. The only snag we had was the TV in the living room, however by the time we came in each night no one really cared about it.

You can not beat the view. Right when you walk in the door its ocean views.
The place had what we needed but nothing extra. I knew that going since I had messaged the owner just wish they had beach towels and toys possibly even beach umbrellas.
The kitchen has all the dishes you need.
Elevators are very slow and lines can get long. Just try to avoid prime times.
The parking being on the same level as condo is great. The spaces are not in any kinda order so we drove around for a bit looking for the correct spot. Note for everyone else it is on the wall with the door about 5-7 spots down.
You have to wear a wrist band for the resort. I was worried about it with my 4 year old. I went to the desk to ask about it prior to putting it on him and they informed me 8 and older are required to wear it under that are not.
The pool is very nice. Its clean and huge. Had a little trouble finding chairs later in the morning or early afternoon. The huge downfall is no drinks of any kind within 4 feet of pool. They are very very strict about it too even a bottle of water. If you are thinking I can relax with a drink in the pool think again.
The owner is great. We had a small issue with the shower I contacted her and she immediately responded and got it taken care of.
If we decide to come back to PCB we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Graduation trip
The property was nice but there were a few issues in the condo. The main tv only had Apple TV and it would not connect to the internet so we couldn’t all sit together and watch anything together. Also the main bathroom only had one shower door, the other was on the closet and the frig leaked from where the water dispenser and we had a puddle on the floor everyday. Overall it was good. Just a few small things.

This is not definitely owner fault but unit had flaws as well and wouldn’t return to this unit. Starting from front door to lock manually is a disadvantage for 7 members family with small kids, air return right how you walk into unit is so dirty, carpet looks bad , tv’s are a challenge to start and the one in master i never actually been able to start and dryer had some metal broken and damaged some of our clothes.
Overall stay ok but unit definitely needs some upgrades

We enjoyed being at The Shores of Panama I’ve stayed there numerous times This room was not clean the return air vent which is the first thing you see was filthy. I have a picture to prove it the floors looked as if they had been cleaned only down the middle the TV’s would not work, The ice maker made ice once a day. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean we will not rent from this owner again .however I will stay at the Shores but in another condo
