Family home with SOUTH facing backyard located in the Villages of Rancho Eldorado, a beautiful 2100sq. ft. 4 bedroom home. New re-decorated kitchen, with granite countertops , 36' putting green, new 65" TCL 4K HD TV, and LG appliances. Pet Friendly!!! New laminate flooring, HUGE POOL 42 feet long, a real pool to swim your laps or just relax sitting in front of the Arizona Sunsets (not heated). Our family welcomes you to our home in Paradise. Check our calendar for availability and we welcome your inquiries and any questions about staying in the best known secret in Arizona, lovely Maricopa. A fully furnished kitchen with a grill out back makes for many enjoyable meals sitting outside on the patio. There is full WIFI internet access, HDTV 4K UHD in the living room, or if you prefer, bring along some movies to watch. Also available free NETFLIX, so you will not miss your favourite TV series or shows and movies in the comfort of your home away from home. The house is fully furnished and stocked all you need to bring is your Suitcase and a Smile. Also we welcome your treasured Family Pet in our home also. Master bedroom has a King bed and guests rate its comfort as excellent. Welcome to the breath-taking Villages at Rancho El Dorado. Located just Northeast of the center of Maricopa is the Villages at Rancho El Dorado. With conveniently planned lanes and avenues winding throughout the neighbourhood you are sure to find the perfect home in the nook that you want and have plenty of quiet roads for evening strolls or visiting friends. The Villages at Rancho El Dorado is a master plan community where residents get to enjoy a club house complete with fitness facilities, two pools-one heated lap pool, playgrounds, a splash pad, basketball and tennis courts. What more could you want in a neighbourhood and this is all the amenities that make Villages at Rancho El Dorado home.

We loved the home and location. We were there the month of March. It was well stocked and very comfortable. It’s a big house with lots of room. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the back patio. The only downside is the swimming pool situation. There is a big beautiful pool in the back, but is not heated and there is no option to do so. So unless you are there in the summer, it’s a nonfactor as the water was ice cold. We did have access to the community pool, but the main pool was not filled. The lap pool was open, but it is small and was loud and crowded.

We had a wonderful time, enjoyed spending time with friends and family. The home is open and bright with a large kitchen that opens to the family room, perfect for entertaining. The pool and putting green were a bonus. It was really great to walk and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood parks and walking trails. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes of the home. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope we can come again in the future.

This was the second time we were able to rent this house during the Christmas season. It is well stocked with everything you need and Scott is very helpful during the entire process. We love the location as it is in a very nice neighborhood with lots of walking trails and sidewalks. Easy walk to the grocery store. It is quiet and we felt very safe the entire stay.
We really enjoyed the backyard. The putting green was fun and relaxing.
We would not hesitate to use this property again.

We had a fantastic time! This house is so comfortable and in a great location in Maricopa. The kitchen had everything we needed, furniture was comfortable, pool was refreshing and neighborhood was fantastic! We plan to be back soon!

Stayed for holiday weekend/mother's birthday really enjoyed the pool, mini golf set up, nice neighborhood with stores close by. Owner was very on top of everything and great to work with appreciate him allowing us into his home

Furniture is getting a little worn . One of the recliners did not function properly. Could use some new towels and washcloths. Carpet could use shampooing .Plus side, master bed is very comfortable. All the drains very slow to drain . We had a great time and owner was very pleasant to work with

The owner was very nice. The property has everything you could need. They even have shampoo body wash laundry soap you can use the washer and dryer. The only thing I would say is to get a better cable network because there aren't very many channels on the one they have but they do have a smart TV so I was able to watch stuff on Amazon or YouTube or Netflix or Hulu so that was good cuz I am a TV watcher

Great location and well kept home. Was very clean and communication with owner was quick and easy. Kitchen/living room was a great open space to entertain family with cooking and chatting. To cold for our stay to enjoy the pool but putting green was well used and great addition. Our family dog also enjoyed the space! Hope to rent the house again in the near future!

I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Maricopa. With limited option for hotels, this is the way to go. Owner was super easy to work with. Price was much better than others in the area.

We feel in love with this beautiful western themed getaway on the first night. Scott was very accommodating and the home was loaded with every thing we needed. We will definitely be back.
