Savor the warm afternoon sun while savoring a chilled martini or glass of your favorite wine, or enjoy a taste of true Gulf fare al fresco on the amazing covered terrace! The living room features plenty of space to lounge and unwind, including a plush sofa and cushioned chairs. Here is what to expect: • Work will consist of though not limited to; drilling, grinding, concrete work, and painting. • Limited to no parking specifically for the building receiving work at that time. • For safety reasons, intermittent closures of the outdoor pools are taking place now. (WEST POOL, no longer affected by this project!) • Intermittent balcony closures since December 2023. Furniture will be brought inside of unit when this occurs. • Brief access to unit may be required for inspections and punch list items with little notice. Please stay updated, changes may occur.

Great location, wonderfully appointed, and literally steps from the beach. Beautiful condo! The only thing I would have changed is that it is on the 3rd floor right above the pool. I was there in October, but guessing it would be rather loud during busy season. Perfect for families! Enjoy!

This place is exactly what we wanted. Uncrowded beach with chair service, short walk from condo to beach with a toddler, and a nice simple pool. We enjoyed the pool being walk in style and not terribly deep. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Loved it so much, and cant wait to return next year.

Beautiful condo and great location! Photos are exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and the check in/out process was easy. There was a strong musty smell primarily in the master bedroom/bathroom that was quite unpleasant but other than that, everything was clean and we had a wonderful stay.

The condo was beautifully decorated, loved having the balcony, and the window view also (as it rained 2 of our days, so was nice to sit at the window (dry) and still have an unobstructed view. Comfortable bedding, and amenities as listed. Love the area and the beaches.

This condo at Sea Spray was absolutely beautiful! The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view of the beach was breathtaking. The mattress was so comfortable (thinking I need a new one at home). I highly recommend this accommodation and I would love to stay here again.

Pictures didn’t do this condo justice. It is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view of the ocean. The are isn’t crowded, but there are so many good options for food! Definitely will be coming back!

Wonderful condo. Only issue we had was pots and pans in unit. Our family actually cooks most of our meals on vacation. Most of the pans were unusable. Handles loose, bent pans, etc. Other than the pans it’s a great place.

We had a wonderful weeks vacation with or three kids! We beached it every day but one when we went to see the Blue Angels. The condo was clean and decorated to perfection. The ocean views from the kitchen and living room were my favorite part. When the kids needed a break from the sun I could still enjoy the beach from the condo. Overall we loved the quiet beach and we loved the condo.

We loved our stay at the Seaspray. The unit was very nice, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The views were awesome and the proximity from the condo to the beach was was nice and close. We just love the area and can't wait to get back. Would definitely stay in this unit again. The only drawback for me (and it's just a personal opinion) the king bed in the master wasn't the best for my back. Other than that it was amazing!!!
