The property was nice, spacious and elegantly decorated. We arrived and had everything as expected until the second evening. We were awoken to water flooding into the master bedroom bed. The water pan in the AC was over the master and was flooding on to the first floor master suite. Luckily we were able to get a pot and catch the water so the bed was not ruined. The management company did respond immediately and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep until 3 am. The next issue was that there were 4 complimentary bikes for our use that were not properly maintained and we had to rent bikes. Manager was notified issue not resolved. We were given a gift card for the inconvenience of the AC issue which was appreciated. However, if I were the owner of the property, I would have easily given a complimentary one night stay and provided a voucher for bikes.

Great house located extremely close to watercolor club and beach! Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! Loved the loft upstairs if you have kids.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all.

We needed a centralized place where our daughters could have freedom to explore on bikes and we moms could swing on the porch ant talk for hours. Close to everything and felt like a home away from home.

An immaculately decorated home in the perfect location on a quiet and quaint street right in the heart of Watercolor. This was by far our favorite home that we have stayed in on 30a. The upstairs is perfect for kids and my 8 year old daughter couldn’t wait to get back up there every night to sleep. The home has such an open and inviting feel but also very cozy. The mattresses are awesome and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Watercolor beach club as well as Seaside. Enjoyed every second of this wonderful trip!

Very Good. Everybody in our party enjoyed their stay and liked the property. Very clean and very well decorated. The only issues we had was some electrical outlets that did not work and a lock on the master bedroom door jammed and we had to craw through a bedroom window to get the lock unjammed for some kids locked in the room.

The house has a rustic feel, which we loved. It is very close to the Beach Club and Boat House and overall a great location. We could walk or ride the bikes to everything. Very convenient. The golf cart was not working, but the Exclusive 30A team quickly provided a replacement - even an upgrade. Anytime we called or emailed, the Exclusive 30A team was very responsive to any issue. The house was clean, but it could use a very deep clean to remove dust on the blinds and other areas that are not addressed in the normal weekly cleaning cycle. Other than that, it was a great vacation.

We loved our stay at #41 rental. The design stayed true to the 1920's style bungalow. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants in watercolor. The lovely open kitchen and living area was perfect for our group We also spent a lot of time on the large porch furnished with comfortable seating..a plus! Our grandchildren loved their upstairs retreat while we appreciated the main level bedrooms. We will look forward to returning to this home in the future.

My first impression was WOW when we walked in. A beautiful home and well equipped kitchen. My children and grandchildren had a great time close to the beach and weather was perfect. A little disappointed about the golf cart not being available but the bikes we just fine. We have been big fans of the Seaside area and this is first time at Watercolor. We will be back nest year. Excellent property. We really enjoyed our stay, and would return without question. Note the front room rug is quite slippery and poses a genuine safety risk. Placing a pad underneath would solve the problem by stabilizing the rug.
