Located in Seaside, this lovely house for $953 per night is a great option for your next break. Our Happy Place will soon become your happy place! Our gorgeous home is perfectly located on the East side of Seaside, and a stones throw to the Adult Pool, playground, Croquet Lawn, Family Pool, the Fitness Center, and Tennis Center. Plus you can bike to the Tupelo Beach Access is one minute. You will love exploring Seaside and 30A on the complimentary Taxi bikes. The designer interiors of crisp white are offset with blues and tans, reminding you of the blue waters of the nearby Gulf. Four well appointed suites include en suite access to full baths, cotton towels and linens, comfortable mattresses and pillows, TVs, and room darkening shades. The main living area on the first floor includes a gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace and TV, plus covered patio with cushioned seating set. Floor to ceiling drapes offer more privacy, or keep them open to bath the room in warm natural light. A family vacation isn't complete without your beloved pup. Our Happy Place is pet-friendly for non-shedding dogs 40 pounds or lighter and payment of a non-refundable pet fee. (Must be approved prior to arrival by Exclusive 30A. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in fines and possible eviction without refund). *Nightly and Weekly Rates available year round with seasonal minimums. Reservation requests are subject to confirmation based on departure day. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our happy Place is truly that! Happy and the Perfect location with easy 1 block walk to private beach access. The neighborhood backs up to a spacious soccer field and access to the tennis courts and family pool. We could walk everywhere. the front porch was great for morning coffee as is the upstairs balcony with porch swing. The decor was lovely with spacious bed and bathrooms and the most comfortable mattress. super clean and well appointed. I highly recommend and will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation on 30A often but this was our first time staying in Seaside and we loved it! The house is so charming and we really enjoyed that it was only steps away from the park & field for our dog to play every day. Seaside town center and the beach are also a quick stroll which made the location perfect for us. We love walking to breakfast and dinner so we took advantage of not having to drive anywhere during our stay. Comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen were another plus. We can't wait to come back!!!

Reviewer Comments: This property is perfect for families who enjoy the park, pools, gym & tennis amenities in Seaside as it sits steps from all these options. Very comfortable beds and an easy, quick walk to Tupelo beach access made this weekend get-a-way the perfect place to escape. The kitchen is also nicely furnished and we loved lounging on the large porches each afternoon. The extra tv space off the bunk room on the 3rd level is an ideal space for kids and teens to hang out. Loved the layout!

We absolutely loved our stay in Our Happy Place! We have rental property and tend to be very picky but this home had everything !! The decor was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the bikes were great, location was perfect - we will definitely come back!

We had a great time on our vacation. The home was perfect for a group of 10 (4 adults + 6 kids). It is a 5 min walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the downtown area. Right across the street from the pool and tennis courts. Also, you get access to the Tupelo Pavilion. IMO, it is the best Pavilion because it is the least busy because of the private homes next to it. Robert K was responsive and helpful.

Just a short walk to the beach ,super close to the park and fitness center. The kitchen was wet stocked with dishes and great pots and pans .

The house was very nice and properly management was great! Back door would not lock from the outside forcing us to use only the front when we left. Personally the LED lighting throughout made it feel like a hospital! Harsh! Location was good , we were worried we were too far from town center but it was easy walk

This house couldn’t have been better. We needed a stress-reducing getaway before winter sets in (it is 2020). This house was clean and huge! Everyone had a fantastic room; the house is gorgeous. Seaside was as wonderful as ever. We used the bikes for family bike rides and were able to do some remote school while here. Highly recommend and will book this house when we come back to 30A
