Gorgeous new home completed in December 2013 located in the desirable community of WaterMark in North Bethany Beach, Delaware, voted Delaware's Top Community of 2014. Property offers direct access to a protected waterway, optimal for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. The home has professionally designed interiors with premium upgrades.
The main level features a formal entryway showcasing a dramatic double staircase w/landing. A Great Room features a beamed ceiling, large screen HDTV, and generous family seating. Modern French doors allow easy access from the Great Room to the spacious front porch. The Gourmet kitchen boasts granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, state of the art cookware and a large center island with dual sinks. We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect- clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The layout was great, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Even though the weather wasn't the best during our trip, the house made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The host was responsive and easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
