Situated in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for $1,011 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Manatee Bay home is an expansive, five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home located in the quiet neighborhood of Key Colony Beach. This ½ acre-secluded lot overlooks Shelter Bay, where you will find boats bustling in and out, and abundant sea and bird wildlife. This home has something for everyone in the family and offers plenty of room for the perfect Keys getaway. Relax in the screened-in porch while playing a fun game with the family, or hang around the dock area to catch fish. Interior Features: -Porcelain tile flooring throughout the home -Open concept living area with 65” Smart TV -Dining area with seating for 8 -Open concept kitchen with large island and seating for 4 with separate TV -Brand new black stainless kitchen appliances & multi-colored granite countertops -Spacious screened-in porch -Secluded master king suite on main living floor with large double vanity bathroom -Full bath easily accessible off of living room -2 Guest bedrooms on main living floor – One with 2 full beds and one with 1 king -Additional full bath which doubles as a cabana bath -Separate second refrigerator in main living floor bedroom hallway -Upper floor has additional king suite and a twin bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom -Large balcony accessible from both upstairs bedrooms overlooking the striking bay views Exterior Features: -Large screened-in laundry area with 2 washers and dryers -55’ deep-water dockage with fish cleaning station -Bait freezer -Custom private Tiki Hut with custom boat-style bar, two 55” TVs, fans, and plenty of seating -11 ft granite island, with grill, dual burners, and outdoor fridge -Lounge chairs near seawall -Private large screened patio with Bar style seating near another 55” TV -Heated pool -Hot tub -6 hole putt-putt -Variety of outdoor family games -There is room for 3-4 vehicles and 1 boat trailer *Boat lift is not for renter use. Booking Policies: Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants. From November - April, there is an additional $150 charge/week for pool heat. We do recommend heating the pool during this time for optimal comfort and enjoyment. You may contact us if you do not want to have the pool heat on, for a $150 discount. Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the security deposit will be the only amount refunded. Payment Schedule: Half of the rent and the security deposit are due seven days after booking online, with the full balance required 60 days before check-in. Payment options include credit card or check after signing the contract. A 3.5% fee applies to credit card transactions, which can be waived by opting for payment via check. Please inform us of your preferred payment method after booking. For last-minute bookings, a credit card will be required. Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us. Specify whether you prefer the first payment to be processed with the card on file or another Visa, MasterCard, or check. Payments are only processed after the signed contract is received, and all transactions are manually handled.

Everything was great about the property except the bar-b-que was small and filthy. The downstairs bedroom window leaks and the water runs down the wall and puddles on the floor. The rainy and windy weather exposed both problems. The property manager was great and responsive - but the owner needs to fix both problems. If not they are going to have a mold and drywall problem.

When booking a home in the keys, I have many check list to fill for our yearly family/friends vacation. This home checked them all and was way above my expectations upon arrival. The owners have really done an excellent job on the layout. With a party of 10 this vacation, there was plenty of room to be together or get away for some peace and privacy. All the areas outside to sit for different vibes were incredible!!! The ability to rent a boat and gas up right next door was a bonus!! To view sunset and sunrise such a plus!! The home provided everything you need to get started (tp,pt,soap etc) having 2 washers and dryers, so awesome!!! Location perfect for shopping!!, very peaceful property!!, Loved the 2 tv's outside by pool and tiki. House was very clean!!! Mallorie and Riley were very prompt and kind for any questions we had, would definetly book this home again, Thank goodness for folks that share their piece of paradise with us, We greatly appreciate and respect the home as if it were ours for a week of vacation!!!! We loved everything about this house. It had an amazing view. The outside area was great for hanging out after a long day on the boat. The covered pool area kept the bugs away for our little ones to swim in the evening. The rooms were spacious and loved the two levels to keep the families separated. Two sets of washer and dryers also was great for multiple families although we did notice a smell that transferred to our clothes so I would recommend they do maintenance. If I had to make a critique I would say the mattresses could use a upgrade as those were not very comfortable.

Manatee Bay is a beautiful home filled with all of the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. It is perfect for large groups and the lanai is great for hanging out around the pool. We arrived later than planned and were surprised the bathrooms were not fully stocked with towels and toilet paper. This was our second trip to Manatee Bay so we didn't expect to go to the store that evening. The cleaning crew was not as thorough as last year. We found the kitchen counter was dirty under the coffee pot and water bottles under beds. The property managers are terrific and responded quickly when needed. We are already planning our next trip to Marathon and will be staying at Manatee Bay again.

We last visited the Keys about 15 years ago when our kids were younger. It was so much fun to return with them now that they’re all adults. The house met all our needs. Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well appointed to prepare a meal for us all.
The house is in a great location and being able to dock the boat right at the house was a huge plus! Also, just across the canal we could fuel the boat and purchase ice.
Fun memories were made!

Beautiful house with ideal location - we enjoyed watching the boats go by and very easy/quick access to the Atlantic and only a few minutes to Vaca Cut for bay access. Unfortunately the lower ladder was massively covered in barnacles and sea growth from being left below water level. I removed lower section and beat and scraped clean so she could enjoy boarding that day.
A 9:00 am checkout is unreasonable and not an industry standard, though does get us ahead of the Saturday traffic. Was said the size of the house needs the added time to clean...maybe the size of clean crew needs to match the size of the house.
All said, we do love Manatee Bay with 9+ rating and will be booking soon for Summer of 2022.

Spring Break 2021
House met or exceeded our expectations across the board. We have a group of 8 adults and 2 children that rent properties a couple times a year. I can say Manatee Bay is one of the best ever for us. The house is clean, well maintained and loaded with amenities that are all top of the line. The house was large enough for everyone to enjoy and never felt crowded. The 2 full size refrigerators are a big bonus as well. The location was great for boating and the 55ft dock was more than accommodating for the 24ft boat we rented. The house is on a corner from a marina and gas station so each morning and evening was like a boat parade and very enjoyable to watch. Looking forward to booking our next stay here again next year.

The Manatee Bay property was awesome for our family week(Parents, college kids). The house was very clean and well maintained. Lots of space inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked(we cooked almost all of our meals at the house, COVID still an issue)and very nice to have 2 refrigerators.
Beach towels were provided, so nice not to have to pack a bulky item. They also had several giant size games and other games to enjoy.
We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and entire screened in area(We ate many meals outside).
The dock was good for our rental boat.
The property felt very private even though it is close to the marina. It was fun to watch the boats that came and went.
We saw a manatee on 4 different days. Not great fishing off dock or wall.

Friendsgiving Getaway
There were two families on this trip. Both had two children. We arrive to an extremely welcoming and clean house. Fresh towels ,fresh beach towels and a wonderful hot tub and a beautifully heated pool.

Manatee Bay was perfect for our group of ten adults. The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. Even though our week was rainy, the outdoor covered area was a great place for us to hang out. After three days of rain, we decided the home was perfect rain or shine and booked a week in 2021. The Key Ocean team, Kayla and Mallory was very attentive to our needs. We had the opportunity to meet their maintenance man Squeak who suggested several restaurants and places to visit. We are all looking forward to our visit next year and although sunshine is preferred, we know Manatee Bay will not disappoint.

Beautiful!
We were 3 adult (45+) couples that stayed at this beautiful home on Key Colony. We were supposed to be 4 couples (things changed last minute) that's why we chose this home due to it's having 4 bedrooms with adult beds (not twins-even though this has home has a twin room) and a bath for everyone. Our criteria was enough bedrooms with privacy, bathrooms for each couple, waterfront with an open water view, easy access to Gulf & Atlantic, private pool, and a boat dock. The Manatee Bay home did not disappoint!
The home is beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the water from all rooms, except one bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out. The pool is wonderful, clean and there's a large hot tub. Both got plenty of use. In fact, someone came during the week to check on both. There are plenty of TV's, that no one used! The well equipped kitchen is huge and has a very large island. An extra refrigerator is provided in the hallway leading to the door that goes to the tiki bar. There are 2 washers, 2 dryers, a bait freezer & so much more! This house is very large by the way! No complaints from anyone about the comfort of the beds.
We rented a boat ( a must!) from Captain Hooks Marina and Dive Center. The boat & their service was great. If you plan on renting, make sure you do so in advance as things book quickly. We first reserved from Key Colony. Wouldn't recommend them, as they showed up with a boat with zip ties holding things together, buckets to sit on, etc.
We thought about changing our week due to a potential hurricane. One couple lives in Pensacola, FL, and we own a home on Pensacola Beach. At the time, the storm was headed straight toward the Keys, even though it wasn't a hurricane yet & projected to turn toward Pensacola. We took the risk and are so glad that we did. We only had rain one afternoon. Of course the waters were murky and churned up until the last couple of days but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time.
