The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. We loved the little town and its proximity to attractions within the region. The condo has everything you need, beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella and some toys. We loved being able to cook, while also having so many great places to go out to within walking distance if we wanted. This is such a special place, we will definitely be returning!

This unit was upstairs and at the rear of the property which we liked. It was super easy to wash off your feet in the alley and go right upstairs to the unit. The unit is clean and well supplied with everything you need - beach chairs, umbrella, cooking utensils and appliances. The bathroom was large, which is rare. We would have preferred a King bed instead of two double beds, but I understand it makes the most sense for a rental property and wasn't that big of a deal. The included parking pass was nice to have for our rental car, and we could park other places around Pass-a-Gille with it. If you are true beach bums like we are, this is a great option to be close to the beach, have a great sunset spot, and walk around to everything in Pass-a-Grille. We would definitely stay again!

The room had everything that I needed and was right on the beach. Clean, safe and surprisingly quiet considering that it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Recommend that you bring a bar of soap but everything else you need is provided. Well equipped full kitchen, dining table and couch with a big tv. Thank you! I truly enjoyed my stay.

Easy to find and close to several good restaurants - condo is in the “back” of the building so you don’t hear traffic on Gulf and it will take an “extra” 15 steps to get to the beach. The shared “porch” offered a wonderful view of the gulf and the beautiful sunset - I saw a couple of reviews about the parking, and we had no issues
Chris was so easy to reach and very accommodating as my flight from the west coast came in early. My friend and I had a delicious brunch at seahorse and wandered through the shops on 8th and then were able to check in early - so gracious about everything!
In addition to easy access to the beach, there are floats and an umbrella to use! There is also a DELICIOUS ice cream place on the corner … and the beds were so comfortable 😴
The check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow - we had NO problems and the neighbors were all friendly if approached but not nosy so we could pick our blend of visiting.
I am searching for something to “warn” you about - so here it is … the alleyway in the back of the building is also where the businesses have their trash bins … you will hear those bins being used. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs … if you bring earplugs, though, you may miss some really good music! But I swear even the music ended before midnight on Saturday night! Sunday night was a REALLY good jazz group and they were done by 10 … On a holiday weekend

Great location. Very accommodating owners! Came to visit us in person to make certain everything was good. Had 2 beds.
1 star knocked off for bed to the right being uncomfortable. Wife and I kept being sunk into the middle. Did not test bed to the left as it was occupied by one of our family members.
Would not recommend for more than 3 people because unit is very small. There is not a wall between bedroom and living room, just a window blind. This is accurately depicted in the pictures. Hence, do not expect any audible privacy between bedroom and living room.

The listing made me think the condo had a direct view of the gulf. But you had to go outside and walk to the front of the building for the view. Parking was impossible during the day because anyone coming to the beach could park where you are parking. So if you left in the morning you couldn't come back and park until late at night. I missed a wedding because I couldn't park to shower and change my clothes at 3 pm! There was absolutely no parking within a mile of the condo! I drove around for 45 minutes and then had to give up. Very annoying and disappointing.

This was my second time renting this property. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location across the street from the beach. The best part is the balcony, where you can sit and watch breathtaking sunsets! We will be back again 🌴🌺

Old Florida small town feel. Nice beach. Close to small shops and restaurants. Did not need a car! They have a free transportation service, so took it to the grocery store. Everything was easy which made for a relaxing vacation.

Beach lovers paradise
Location location location!! Perfect spot to be for the best beach days! Excellent dining nearby and cute shops to purchase souvenirs and comfy clothes. The space supplies beach chairs, towels, and even some sunscreen and aloe generously left by previous guests! Sipping coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by will never get old! Will definitely stay here again!

Our first time to St. Pete Beach and I was very pleased with our stay! Christine was a pleasure to work with! This area of the beach is a lot quieter than other parts. Definitely recommend!

Weekend get away
This was the perfect place for me to get away for the weekend. The condo was in a perfect location. The balcony was a wonderful place to watch the stars and sunsets. I loved being so close to the beach. The condo was comfortable, safe, and clean.

You can't beat the location. Area is very quiet and so close to the beach. Sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings is extremely relaxing.

Christine thanks for making this property so easy to check in. Condo just as pictures show. Beach sunsets are beautiful no obstructions from hi rise buildings. Ocean view deck is perfect! Restuarant are plentiful and within walking distance.

Great place and perfect location
Rented this for a last minute getaway, I wasn’t familiar with the area at all. I lucked up and found the perfect spot! It was extremely close to a great beach, food options close, wonderful balcony, and a real tropical vibe. Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable! The beds were great and slept well. I particularly loved the shower- I could have been in the Caribbean with the louvered shade! Perfect! Well book again! Thanks!

It was perfect! A home away from home! There was everything you could possibly need and then some! The only thing I would add, would be a foldable drying rack to put in the bathtub to hang swimsuits and towels. Otherwise, whatever you might need for a trip to the beach was there! Also, if you are looking for a pool, there is not one here but the gulf is steps away and the view from the balcony is stunning! We will definitely stay here again!

The owner provides absolutely everything you could possibly need. The property is literally a 1 min walk to the beach. We came with our 3 yo twins and had an amazing time. Would def stay again.

Beach Vacation
The condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with about everything you could possible need. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels in the bathroom. There were a few beach chairs and umbrella, if needed. The beach was just a few steps across the street from the condo, and easily accessible. Several restaurants within walking distance. The best part was the balcony. Plenty of chairs to sit and watch gorgeous sunsets...beautiful!! We were very pleased with our stay, and look forward to coming back!

Perfect for adults who love a laid back and quiet stay on the beach and bay!Great little apartment right in the center of Pass-a-Grille. A friend and I were traveling for work nearby and decided to stay close to the water. This location was perfect for us!The 2 queen beds are comfortable. The a/c works really well. Full size fridge was put to good use as was the stove for making breakfast "at home". The community grills are electric (as owner noted) and don't get searing hot but plenty hot to cook chicken and veggies as we did. Everything was clean! Lots of dishes, cooking utensils and glassware. There are beach chairs, towels and an umbrella in the unit and the beach is right across the street. The beach here is more narrow than a couple miles up though it is lovely and perfect for lounging and shelling.The condo is upstairs so if you've a bum knee or something be aware of that. Not sure about the tv because we never turned it on tho it is large and looks new. I worked daily at the desk while there and the setup and wifi was excellent.The condos are adjacent to the Brass Monkey restaurant/bar. ( Go for the crab cakes!) I was a little concerned about noise but we heard nothing from them for the days we were there. The ONLY noise we heard was the dumpsters and recycling being emptied around 0745 daily. No big deal and it took about 10 minutes total.Water pressure in the shower is fantastic- not always the case in older places. The shower head is adjustable and shower was clean. Walk to everything or take the free ( tips) beach buggy if you need to go to Publix. Street parking might be a issue on the weekends but we had no issue during the week. I almost hate to recommend because it is such a lovely location and I'd like to keep it a secret!.We look forward to coming back!

Nice Quiet Getaway
The property is older but well maintained and clean. Very quiet, even with a bar/restaurant next door. Parking was somewhat frustrating given the time of day, but to be expected with beach access right across the street. Did I mention right across the street!?!
Nice to have towels and beach chairs available. Big flatscreen to relax in front of after long day. Kitchen was spacious enough too.
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom not cramped with great water pressure.
Definitely recommend it to someone wanting a nice relaxing getaway. Felt safe and secure there.
