About this house rental
Located in Park City, this lovely house for $790 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Property is Professionally Cleaned Following Strict CDC Guidelines. No back to back rentals. *Hotel Toiletries, containing individual sized soap, shampoos & conditioners for each stay *Initial supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher liquid and laundry soap for each stay. This 5800 square foot, 3 story home is beautifully decorated and offers incredible views of the Park City Valley. Located in the Oaks of Deer Valley, this home provides quiet solitude just north of the Deer Valley ski resort. It offers easy access to the world class ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. This home is ready to entertain or to relax in. Home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room, entertainment room with pool table. It has 7 bedrooms (2 with fireplaces)that each have their own bathroom. The master bath (which is on main floor) has a steam shower and jetted tub. Upstairs is an additional master bedroom with King bed. Upstairs has Two additional queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the bottom floor next to the entertainment room with pool table. One has a King-size Bed with bath, one bedroom with bunk bed (no bath), one bedroom has 2 singles with bathroom. There is also a hot tub and barbecue off of a private deck on the main floor. Cable package includes HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, Sports Entertainment Pkg, entertainment room offers a pool table, mini kitchen, 40' flat screen hdtv The DSL wireless internet / printer can keep you tied into any outside business that demands your immediate attention. This is a NON SMOKING home. The house is 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. In 50 minutes you can get to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. In the winter, the driveway will be plowed in the mornings when there is significant snowfall. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE . Great house, will comfortably accommodate several families. Owner responded fast to our requests and questions.
Pros:
great, safe neighborhood for walking, close to slopes, comfortable bedding. There are plenty of blankets and pillows around the house. Hot tub on the second level outside, no wild life visits. Plenty of parking space for several cars.
Cons:
Cons ate minor but would make your stay great instead of being just good.
I wish they invested in better quality toilet paper (public restrooms have better quality toilet paper). We had to buy additional paper towels and garbage bags for our week long stay. Some small kitchen appliences are not in the working condition, but been replaced when we complained. I wish they had at least one additional set of bedding (sheets etc).
Tv/audio system is outdated. You cannot play your music or screen share from your phone.
All in all good comfortable stay and all our family had a blast!

Spending vacation time with our 3 children and spouses is a long time tradition for us. We’ve not done a winter vacation before but this house and the location were perfect. We were able to get to the slopes within 10-15 minutes, shopping and galleries within the same amount of time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy family meals. The bedroom layout and all the bathrooms were great for our 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren and my brother who also joined. We loved the lower level family room and spent time with the fireplace going doing silly puzzles together and playing games. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful family memory and a beautiful place to relax and be together.

Great accommodations for our family of 14. Three floors to spread out on. Great pool table in the basement and spacious hot tub on the deck. We use the grill and the kitchen and enjoyed the family of turkeys that visited every morning evening on the balcony.

High school ski club reunion brought people from all over the country. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. Everyone in the group was pleased with the size, quality, and house location—plenty of space to hang out after a long day of skiing, a big kitchen to cook good meals, and private bedrooms to relax in. The location, while not on a bus route, was close to Deer Valley and Park City lifts. With Park City's parking reservation system, we had no problem parking. It easily handled our group of 11 and could fit several more. Playing pool in the basement was fun. Overall, excellent house!

Just the perfect spot for our group. We come every year - this is our third year, and by far our favorite spot. Easy check in and out. House was gorgeous. HUGE bathrooms, closets, kitchen, living area. Just perfect. Great location. 10 minutes from the slopes and 10 minutes from Main Street. A few mins from so many grocery stores. Loved every minute. Hope to come back soon! xo

This property was just as expected by its listing. All rooms were spacious and inviting. Property was clean and kitchen had everything you needed for a big group. All of us agreed that we would stay there again if we make it back to Park City.

The house is in excellent condition. The property manager was quick to fix a few little issues we had. There are so many nice amenities to this property that make it perfect for families of all ages. The trail by the house was a hit with the children.

The house was nice for our group, it was a convenient location, and nice neighborhood. The house had some issues, the maintenance company addressed the issues we called about the next day.

Park City/Deer Valley Ski Trip
The property was excellent! A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The property owner and manager were very accessible and responsive before check in and after. It is a short 5 minute drive to Deer Valley and 10 minute drive to Park City. We had ages from 7-65 and everybody loved the house. The basement offers a nice play area for kids while the adults relaxed in front of the fire upstairs. The vacation was made better because of the comfort and beauty of the house.

The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with beautiful views and wildlife. We had families skiing at deer valley and park city and it worked for everyone. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay
This home is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was well furnished and even the towels were first class. (very soft) The beds were wonderful, and oh, the heated floors were delightful. Check in was easy and the hot tub was a wonderful after ski treat. An easy ten minute drive to the slopes!

Great Home for Gathering
This beautiful, spacious home is a great place for multiple families to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone, including two separate living rooms which our teenagers appreciated. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner without having to purchase any extra utensils or appliances as the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a little issue with the heater when we first arrived, but the homeowner was right on it and had it fixed immediately and couldn’t be more accommodating. We have rented several homes in the Park City area and this was hands down the best house we’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was close to downtown park city and hiking areas!! Our party of 14 fit comfortably and we enjoyed being together. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Family get away home
Beautiful home!!!! Lots of room and close to walking trails and biking trails. Because of covid we didn't go to any activities in Park City but lots of room in house for games and activities. We loved this time to be together in such a wonderful place. Thank you Christy.

Great location 5 minutes to DV and downtown PC, 10 to PCMR, and only 15 extra minutes to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons versus staying closer to Kimball Junction.
Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms. Huge kitchen with extra appliances for large groups. Nice furnishings and very clean.

Nice house for a large group.
Everyone like the house, it was a 3 min drive to the Deer Valley parking lot. We skied all day, used the hot tub and cooked dinner every night. It all worked very well.
The only negative things was the radiant heat is weak on the first floor, can't keep the giant LR warm on a cold day. The upstairs and downstairs didn't have an issue. The LR furniture was not set up well to watch TV. The house had trash in the cans when we arrived so it was piled up when we left.

We were celebrating my father's 90th birthday. The house was wonderful with enough bedrooms and almost every bedroom had a dedicated bath. We ate in our entire stay and there was enough kitchen equipment to cook and having 2 dishwashers was wonderful for our group of 12. We used the bbq and the hot tub as well. We would definitely stay there again. Great property.

Nice Place!
We recently stayed at this property to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. There were 5 couples so plenty of room. It was amply stocked and had everything we needed. However, if you play board games, bring your own. This would be a great place to also bring your kids. Lots of space for kiddo's to play downstairs. Overall, 2 thumbs up!
