About this condo rental
Nestled in Redington Beach, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This one bedroom condo on Madeira Beach is available for rent at prestigious Ocean Sands directly on the Gulf of Mexico, featuring a huge world-class soft sand beach with amazing ocean views! This quiet unit faces the open ocean and is 1,000 square feet in size. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached ensuite featuring a full three-piece bathroom with double sink and spacious walk-in closet. An additional 1/2 bathroom is located in the front of the unit. The condo sleeps four very comfortably with an additional fold-down queen size Murphy bed. Complete updates include renovated kitchen with new kitchen cabinets and beautiful granite countertop, renovated ensuite features a new vanity and a marble countertop and a walk in shower with a seat and safety bars. Flat screen tv's are in both the living room and bedroom. The entire place has been painted and newly tiled. The carpets are gone! Brand new windows and patio doors allow you to have peace and quiet or open the patio door a bit to let in the sound of the ocean waves. From the fully-equipped kitchen you will see views of the intercoastal waterway or sit in the stool at the counter and eat your breakfast. An in-suite laundry room hosts a brand new full-size washer and dryer. Beach chairs and beach towels are supplied. 🚭 Smoking is not permitted in the unit or balcony. Ocean Sands has one of the largest swimming pools on the beach with plenty of poolside chairs and a spectacular tiki hut equipped with outdoor BBQ grills. High-speed internet (up to 30 MB/sec) is included. Internet telephone is also provided with free calling to land lines in Canada and the USA. A trolley is available in front of the condo complex every 30 minutes. Most amenities (shopping, restaurants, charters, cruises, water sports) are located within walking distance. Busch Gardens is a 30 minute drive and Walt Disney World is less than two hours away. Covered parking is supplied with ample room for guests. Ocean Sands is located only 30 minutes away from Tampa International Airport. Hot beach sands and colorful sunsets await you and your family. Wake up in the morning and watch dolphins!

Great condo!! Spotlessly clean. We mostly eat in, so my wife was thrilled with the kitchen. Super well equipped and beautiful! Generous-sized balcony with comfortable furniture. This place is absolutely perfect for us. Great selection of beach stuff (chairs, floats, toys etc). Just high enough (7th floor). Wonderful, panoramic view of the gulf. Hope to be back next year.

We had an amazing stay at Eija’s property. Clean, spacious, cozy and right in front of the beautiful beach! She was prompt to respond and allowed us to have a late check out due to our flight being later which we greatly appreciated! Will be back!

I am 1000% satisfied with this rental. We spent 2 weeks in this unit and it was wonderful. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we could have possibly needed for the stay. We hope to be able to stay at this condo again in the future.

Home Away From Home!
The entire process of renting the condo, information about arriving and leaving all were excellent. The sunsets were spectacular! 2 weeks went way to quickly. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with me a mb d my daughter.

Ocean Paradise
We spent three glorious weeks calling this our home, and it was wonderful! The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The pool area is very large, but the one drawback is there is no shade (not even umbrellas). The property is close to restaurants and shopping but not so close that it's overwhelming. We have added this to our list of go-to places to stay at Mad Beach and definitely hope to return in the near future.

The property is in an excellent location and has an beautiful view but unfortunately there was a red tide outbreak the decimated the beach, I mean biblical plague fish kill across the beach. It is a residential property so there are signs posted just about everywhere in the rules and regulations of the pool, gate, elevator, mail, hot tub, etc. You name it and there is a sign for it. The abundance of signage became a scavenger hunt activity for me and my wife to see who could photograph the most signs, so thanks for the activity. The condo was filthy and I had to go and purchase my own cleaning supplies including a mop in order to makes the space livable. There is so much stuff and clutter that you are constantly shuffling stuff around or shifting through broken stuff trying to find the most usable broken item. Imagine two bedrooms of stuff shoved into a one bedroom. The bedside table next to me contained several pairs of women’s underwear, which did not belong to my wife, gross. Underneath the bed was trash and even an old dusty shoe and toddlers toy. We cleaned the inside of the fridge which was filled with all the old food from the previous occupiers. Put away a coffee make that had not been wiped down in forever. The owner of the condo is very nice but did not always communicate in a timely fashion. She never calls or answers the phone number provided. The property manager is very unhelpful and turns out cleans the condo as a side hustle. She informed me how excellent at and detail oriented her cleaning was and the great pride she took in her work. She must have missed the floors that were so grimy that we had to were socks in order to keep our feet from turning black, which It took 3 moppings to remove the film of yuck. There was also the over turned box of soda that had spilled in the laundry room fusing the rug to the floor. The owner did reimburse me for the cleaning fee and supplies. The condo was very affordable but the the amount of cleaning and shuffling of stuff made it not worth it. I did not drive 16 hours to cleanup and organize someone else’s property.

great trip
We have stayed in the area many times now and this was by far our favorite place. it was comfortable and clean and had absolutely everything you could ever need to cook a meal. we were trying to stay close to home because of Covid so we ate in every night and were very happy with the kitchen. There were tons of towels, beach towels, chairs and everything else you could want. The location was great, the beach here is great and the pool was lovely. We met lots of people from all over the states. We will be back!

Fabulous location, beautiful beach, wonderful condo
Our 3 week stay was great! Perfect, central location on Madeira Beach. No need for car. Walk to groceries, restaurants, drugstores as needed. Very friendly building for families as well. Owners readily available for questions. Saw dolphins frequently and even saw 2 large manatees right off the shoreline. Can’t beat the beach front location!

Lovely place
Lovely view. Unfortunately we had to leave after two nights due to an unforeseen issue. The owner was very good about trying to help us out with re renting etc. the place is very comfortable. It is a large condo complex on a busy street but is directly on the beach which is great. The pool and public deck is very nice. The price is a bargain for what you get. The place is very well stocked with linens etc.

The view is breathtaking - it is right on the beach. Pictures do not really do this place justice. It's better than the usual rental, it's more like someone's home. The quality furniture, the endless kitchen supplies, comfortable bed, quiet dishwasher! Absolutely would stay there again. Loved my stay. Thank you!!

Amazing location!
Condo is recently updated. Location is walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and grocery store. We saw dolphins every day. Owner is very responsive. Fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again!

My husband and I were really impressed with the condo. It was Beautiful!, very well maintained and clean. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, felt very at home. The sunsets were beautiful and everyone we met on the elevator were very nice. Had beautiful weather and saw dolphins in the ocean while sitting on the balcony quite a few nights.
Would really come back again. Everything was GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!

It is sometimes hard to give a proper review of a place when words do not give it justice. Firstly, finding Ocean Sands is relatively easy, which is a plus. The parking is great, being out of the sun.
Stepping in for the first time is awesome. Immediately, you get the feeling you are home.
Everything is modern and the furnishings quite comfortable, especially the king bed, so comfy. The two patio doors allow the rooms to be flood with daylight, but the blinds will control how much if desired.
Stepping out on to the balcony puts one into another world. The view is great, the gulf and beach. The furniture is very relaxing and the evening sunsets are truly a bonus from here.
From the kitchen, laundry room, dining and living room, bedroom and bathrooms every room was so clean and well equipped.
We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Property fine
Our stay was marred by the red tide and smell of fish. They were doing a good job to keep things cleaned up but still it was annoying with the heat and smell. Hope they find a solution as I hate to see our Gulf in such condition. However Ocean Sands is nice and so was our view when we could enjoy it. The owner is very caring.

Don't hesitate to book this condo. It is beautiful. The owners have everything you could need there and are very easy to work with. The balcony from the living room and the bedroom are wonderful to sit and relax. It is located within walking distance to restaurants, CVS pharmacy, and a Winn Dixie grocery store. John's Pass is within walking distance but if you prefer there is a trolley stop right in front of the condo you can catch.
